As I am standing before you in one of its colleges named after one of Britain's most renowned leaders,Sir Winston Churchill,I am reminded of a powerful quote by him that seems most said,"The empires of the future,are empires of the mind."Fundamentally,power emanates from sound minds that can harness the resources they have most constructively.A rewarding task that is,and will never be easy.
