Reliability Testing Specification
1:目的Purpose:
1.1:
本指示为物理实验室进行可靠性测试提供规范的测试方法,频率及其他
相关运作活动。
This instruction provides the normative
testing method, frequency and
other related
activity for the reliability testing.

范围Scope:
2.1: 适用于FPC的成品板、半成品板以及进料检验等

3.1: 产品常规试验每批抽5PCS测试,

4:
职责Responsibility:
4.1:实验员负责日常实验测试及设备的保养
Tester is responsible for the daily test and
maintenance of the equipments.
5: 设备Equipment:
5.1: 恒温锡炉 X-Ray测厚仪 恒温恒湿试验机 盐雾试验机 抗剥离试验机

程序Process:
7.1: 由各部门项目负责人根据产品试验要求开出《试验委托单》至物理实
验室,
试验员则依据《试验委托单》的要求作业,作业后并如实填写《委托试验
报告》并复印至
试验委托当事人。
Responsible person according to
the test requirement of the product send out
the Entrustment Test Sheet to the physical
lab, testers shall do as required and
then
finish the Entrustment Test Report.
7.2:
产品常规试验,试验员作业完毕后填写《可靠性试验报告》。
For the
regular test, after the test, tester shall finish
the Reliability Test Report
8:
测试方法以及判定标准Test Method and Standards:
8.1耐热性测试Thermal Resistance Test:(摘自IPC-
TM-650,2.6.8)
测试方法Testing Method:
135±5℃烘干1小时,288±5℃浸10+1-0sec,1片次
Roasting
for 1 hour under the temperature of 135±5℃, and
dipping for 10±
1-0sec 0second under the
temperature of 288±5℃, two pieces for every
time.
判断标准:Judging Standard:
①能满足电气特性
Enough Electric Performance
②外观上没有起泡分层现象
No blister and
delaminating Phenomena on the appearance.
③补强没翘曲现象
No warp and twist for the
stiffener.
④白字颜色没变
No discoloration for
the white legend

耐溶剂性Resolvability Resistance Test: (摘自J-
ISC5016-10.5)
测试方法Testing Method:
①
无水乙醇浸10分钟,1片次
Dipping for ten minutes in the
ethanol, once for one pcs
② 丙酮浸10分钟,1片次
Dipping for ten minutes in the acetone, once
for one pcs
③ 5%NaOH浸10分钟,1片次
Dipping for
ten minutes in the 5%NaOH, once for one pcs
判断标准Judging
Standard:浸泡后基材及补强区域无分层现象,油墨区采
用3M拉金胶测试,不可有脱落现象。
After soaking the substrate and the
reinforcement area without stratification,
ink
area with 3M adhesive test Larkin, should not be
off phenomenon。
8.3耐弯折性测试Bending
Resistance Test: (摘自IPC-TM-650,2.4.3.1)
测试方法Testing Method:
如右图所示按A~B次序循环,1片次

for two pcs.

可焊性测试Solderability Test: (摘自J-STD-003,4.2.1)
测试方法Test Method:
105±5℃烘干1小时
锡炉焊锡温度245℃±5℃,2片次
Roasting for 1 hour under
the temperature of 105±5℃,Temperature of Solder
Pot : 245℃±5℃, two piecestime
浸锡时间4±1sec
助焊剂Alpha 100
Sn Immersion Time: 4±1sec sec,
Soldering Flux:Alpha 100
判断标准: 润锡面积不小于95%,
Judgment Standard: Area of Immersion can not
be less than 95%
.
8.5: 镍金厚度测试Ni Thickness
Test:
测试方法:取样品放置于X-RAY测试机器进行测试. (具体操作参考:QA-048
《
X-Ray
测厚仪操作规范》
)
Testing
Method: Place the sample in the X-Ray (Detailed
Operation: Please
refer toQA-048Fluorescence
X-Ray Operation Specification)
判定标准:
按照客户要求或工艺指示要求.
Judging Standard: According to
the customer requirement and the craftwork
requirement.
8.6: 胶纸测试Adhesive Paper
Test: (摘自IPC-TM-650,2.4.1)
测试方法: 用3M试金胶纸(0.5〞宽
)贴在样板上(至少2〞长),用布擦
赶尽气泡,然后垂直向上迅速将胶纸扯超(注意:赶尽气泡与撕扯
胶纸时
间不超过1分钟)。
Testing Method: Paste the
Adhesive Paper (0.5” wide) on the sample board (at
least 2” long), next scrub the board by the
cloth for driving away the air bubble,
and
then pull up the paper upward vertically. (Note:
The interval between
driving away the air
bubble and pulling up the paper can not exceed 1
minute).
判定标准: 油墨,金镍镀层不能有拉起脱落现象.
Judging
Standard: No peeling for the ink, and AuNi coating

抗剥离测试Peeling Resistance Test: (摘自IPC-TM-650,2.4.9)
测试方法:
取测试样品用手术刀将样品割起约25mm长线路,将样品固定在剥
离强度测试仪上,
将已剥开之线路用线夹夹紧,使测试样品与剥离强度仪线
夹保持垂
直.开启剥离强度测试仪,记录测试过程中拉力显示屏上数值
Testing Method:
Make a long line of 25mm on the sample by the
scalpel, , fix the
sample on the peeling
intensity tester , clip the exposure circuit
tightly, keep the
clip and the sample upright,
turn on the tester, and at last record the
numerical
value on the display
判定标准:
铜箔拉力≥1.0kgfcm
覆盖膜
拉力≥0.8kgfcm
热固胶≥1.0kgfcm,
压敏胶≥0.4kgfcm (剥离强度=拉力样品宽度 )

8.8:
环境测试Environment Test:
测试方法:
将试片在恒温恒湿机中
以85±2℃,85±2%RH湿度放置72H后取
出(或者按照客户特定要求进行)
Testing Method: Put the micro section on the
Temperature & Humidity Chamber
under the
condition of 85±2℃,85±2%RH for 72 hours.(Or do it
as the
customer’s requirement)
判定标准:
外观检查不可有膨胀,剥离等不良现象
Judging Standard: No
swelling, peeling, discoloration in the cosmetic
inspection
8.9: 盐雾测试Salt Spray Test:
(摘自CNS总号-4158类号-H2040)
测试方法:
将试验品放置在盐水喷雾室中5%NaCL,35℃,24hours后取出
Testing
Method: Put the product in the salt spray room
under the condition of
5%Nacl,35℃ for 48
hours.
判定标准:腐蚀等级≥8级
Judging Standard:
Oxidization and discoloration are not allowed for
the products

8.10 平整度测试Flatness Test
测试方法:使用三次元测量仪
进行测量,单件产品取焊盘区四个角及中心
一个点共五个点,整板产品取板边四个角及中心一个点共五个
点。,测出
的测量数据则为平整度。
Test Method: Coordinate
measuring instrument to measure single product to
take the four corners and center pad area of a
point total of five points, the
whole side of
the four corners of plate products and the center
board to take a
point total of five points. ,
Compared with the measured data measured
flatness.
判定标准:产品平整度不可大于0.5mm
Determined criteria: product flatness is not
greater than 0.5mm
8.11 阻抗测试Impedance
Test: (摘自IPC-TM-650,2.5.5.7)
测试方法:根据测试要求进行测试(具体操作参考:《阻抗测试仪操作规范》)

8.12 耐电压测试Voltage

试验条件:
测试电压: DC 500+15-0V 测试时间30S

8.13 冷热冲击测试Thermal
Shock Test (IPC-TM-650.2.4.1及客户参数)
测试方法:将产品放置冷热冲击试验机内,
-40℃+0-5℃(15min)
85℃+5-0℃(15min),100个循环后取出。
Test
Method:
Place the product cold shock test
machine, -40 ℃ +0
-5 ℃ (15min) 85 ℃ +5
-0 ℃ (15min), 100 cycles after the
removal。
判定标准:
外观不可膨胀、剥离;阻值变化不可超出±10%。
Judging Standard:
Appearance is not
swelling, peeling, discoloration;change in
resistance should not exceed ± 10%.
8.14元器件推拉力测试Push Force:
推力测试方法:在测试样品上焊接
一颗电阻,将测试样品放置在测试平台
上,四周固定住,然后用测力计按水平方向将零件往前推,待零件
被推起
时,记录测试数据。
拉力测试方法:将待测品固定在测试平台上,用夹具将元器
件夹紧,垂直90度
向上拉起,读取其爆开的瞬间值.

8.15金线拉力测试Gold wire pull test:
测试方法:将
测试样品平放在金丝打线机上进行固定,将金丝打在相邻的
两个焊盘上面,取出打好金丝的测试样品平放
在XYZ拉力机上固定,设定
好测试参数,记录测试数据.

otherwise fill in “Fail”and send out the
Quality Abnormity Feedback Sheet.
4、由品保部QA工程师根据相关文件决
定特采或是返工
