联影16排CT高压故障解析

[摘 要] 目的 通过分析联影16排CT的高压故障，探讨维修方法，积累维修经验，能够更加准确的进行维修定位。方法 研究
联影16排CT的高压球管的工作原理和相互关系，分析KV上电对阴极和栅极的影响，从而对故障现象 定位。结果 通过本次
维修，解决了设备故障，同时也对高压设备有了更加深入仔细的了解，对以后的 维修有很大帮助。结论 本篇文章着重讲解
了高压和球管之间的关系，它们相互影响。在判断故障上，我 们要理清思路根据其原理逐步排查、谨慎求证，最终确定故
障点完成维修。

Analysis of CT High Voltage Fault for United Imaging 16 Slice CT

Abstract: Objective To make more accurate maintenance positioning, the maintenance method was discussed and maintenance
experience was accumulated by analyzing United Imaging 16 slice CT. Methods The working principle and mutual relation of
the high-voltage bulb tube in 16 slice CT were studied, and the influence of KV power on the cathode and grid was analyzed, so
as to locate the fault phenomenon. Results Through this maintenance, not only the equipment fault was solved, but also had a
deeper understanding of the high voltage devices, which was helpful for future maintenance. Conclusion This article focused on
the relationship between the high pressure and the bulb tube, which affected each other. In judging the fault, we should clarify our
thinking and conduct investigation step by step according to its principle, and carefully verify, and finally determine the fault point to
complete the repair.

1 联影16排CT简介
1.1 产 品功能
16排CT产品可以扫描全身部位，可以用于增强扫描，
包括心脏的扫查，是现在医疗机 构常用的一款CT扫描设
备
[1-3]
。以上海联影16排uCT 510为例，外观 如图1所示。
联影CT图像后处理功能具备二维、三维临床应用功能：
“多平面重建（MPR） ”“最大密度投影（MIP）”“最小密度
投影（MinIP）”“曲面重建（CPR）”“容积三维重 建（VR）”“区
域生长容积分析”等，这对于临床诊断有很大帮助

。1.3 设备维修背景
联影CT设备投入市场已经4年时间，随着安装设备
量的增加，联影 的服务也显得重要起来。对于系统报错，
有一个简易办法：一般可以通过下电重启来解决一些软件
问题，但对于硬件有问题，就需要定位故障点。
由于球管是CT产品的消耗品，每一家CT用户都会面
临球管失效的情况，现在把联影的高压和球管工作原理以
及维修知识进行分析，以期提高广大工 程师对于联影高压、

1.2 产品特点
联 影的16排CT，对“图像质量”“辐射剂量”“扫描
速度”这些需求进行了系统的优化，扫描速度快， 流程简洁，
是联影CT的重要特点。

2 高压球管基本信息
2.1 球管
uCT 510采用了美国当力公司CTR2150球管。球管是
X射线发生器，原理是由 阴极灯丝发射出自由电子，经过
