The Most Important Day in My Life 我一生中最重要的那一天
Have you ever been at sea in a dense fog when it seemed as if a tangible white darkness shut you in，and the great ship，tense and anxious， groped her way toward the shore?
你曾经在浓雾茫茫的时候到过海上吗?那时会有这样的感觉，周围是白茫茫的一片，什么也看不见。轮船焦急万分又小心翼翼地摸索着靠近海岸。
I was like that ship before my education began，only I had no way of knowing how near the harbor was．

The most important day I remember in all my life is the one on which my teacher，Anne Mansfield Sullivan，came to me．

I am filled with wonder when I consider the immeasurable contrast between the two lives which it connects．

Benjamin Franklin would seem right at home among us if he were alive today.
