明邀请的原因、活动的时间和地点。
收到邀请信后，通常应立即答复，表示接受或谢绝，以示礼貌。
接受邀请的信应包括以下内容：感谢对方的邀请，愉快地接受对方的
邀请，表达期待赴约的心情。
谢绝邀请的信要写得明了，文字要婉转，使邀请人看后不会感到“却”
情。谢绝信应包括以下内容：首先感谢对方的盛情，并对不能应邀表示遗
憾，然后简述自己不能出席的原因，最后表示希望以后有机会见面或向邀
请人致以问候。
