五年级的学生已经接触了两年英语,有一定的英语基础。儿童的
特性使得他 们活泼好动,对新事物有着强烈的好奇心,探索知识的欲
望很强烈,并且有着很强的表现欲。教师应采用 新颖活泼有趣的教学
形式进行教学,保持并提高学生学习英语的兴趣。



根据小学生的心理和生理特征以及发展需求,小学阶段的英语课程的
目的是激发学生 学习英语的兴趣,培养他们英语学习的积极态度,使
他们建立初步的英语学习的自信心;培养学生一定的 语感和良好语
音、语调基础;在一些英语教学活动中能够运用英语进行交流或完成
教学活动。五 年级的学生已经有一定的英语基础,他们已经能够进行
简单的会话,掌握了一定的词汇,他们应该到达二 级水平。

(1)词汇教学(Let’s learn)
在交际中教学单词。教师应力求在语言交流中教单词,用旧词
联系新的语言,融会语言和词汇的教学。
(2)对话教学(Let’s talk Pair work Group work)
本册教材浓缩了原有的情景会话,更突出了目标句型。
(3)阅读理解教学(Read and write )
完成一项综合运用语言的任务型语言活动。
(4)语音训练(Pronunciation)
要启发他们通过仔细听录音和观察单词的 结构来发现读音规则。
从而增加学生学习语音的成就感,培养他们自主学习的能力。

Step 1: Warm up
1、师生对话。
T: Good morning. Good afternoon.
Ss: Good morning. Good afternoon.
T: What’s the weather like today?
Ss:It’s sunny. cloudy….
….
2、播放Unit 4 A Let’s do (第三册)的录音。师生跟录音边做边
chant.
Go to the living room. Watch TV.
Go to the study. Read a book.

Go to the bedroom. Have a snap.


Step 2: Presentation
1、才艺表演。教师通过自己示范并请学生上台展示的各自的
才能,引导学生用“I can….”句型。
T: I can dance. I can sing. What can you do?
S: I can run. I can draw. I can act like a monkey. I can fly like
a bird, and so on.
2、利用CAI引出一位能干的(helpful)小朋友——Sarah. 教
师首先向学生介绍Sarah.如:This is Sarah. She is helpful.(电脑
里出现helpful特写,并闪烁)接着让学生猜一猜 Why Sarah is
helpful? What can Sarah do? Ss: She can.
3、点击课件,让Sarah自我介绍。

Sarah: Hello, boys and girls. I’m Sarah. I’m helpful. I can
sweep the floor. I can cook the meals. Are you helpful?
4、考考记忆力:听完Sarah的自我介绍后提问:What can Sarah
do? 总结完学生的回答后,师生一起说:Sarah, you’re helpful!
5、利用卡片逐一新授词组,并配以身体动作。
6、播放录音,让学生跟读。

Step 3: Practice 活动一:动作猜谜目的:训练学生用英语思维
过程:教师 准备各词组卡片,请一名学生上来,教师出示卡片,
此学生做动作,其他学生猜。活动二:听听做做活动 三:模仿
秀过程:①、让学生模仿不同的人干家务活时或做各种事情的
动作。如奶奶、妈妈、爸 爸、姐姐等。②、评比“最佳模仿秀”。
活动四:快速反应过程:利用CAI或图片依次出现
k itchen, bedroom, garden, living-room .学生每看到一副图就
要快速说出一个与此图有关的词组。如:看到kitchen 学生可
说:Cook the meals. 当然,答案并不是唯一的,学生可以用上
以前所学的各种短语或句子。如:看到kitchen还可说 have a
snack; 看到 bedroom可以说have a sleep, clean the
bedroom, sweep the floor等。尽可能地培养学生的 发散思维能
力。活动五:小小指挥官目的:满足学生的荣誉感,让学生当
一当指挥官,在游戏中 运用语言。过程:利用CAI展现一幢房
子里各房间的狼籍状。如:丢满玩具的卧室、枯萎的鲜花、满< br>地的垃圾等,旁边站着一位手足无措的小女孩,要求学生赶快
对小女孩发指令,恢复干净、整洁的 房子。如:学生说Go to
the bedroom. Clean the bedroom.机器人则快速跑到bedroom并
清理干净。活动六:自编chant
Go to the kitchen. Cook the meals.
Go to the living room. Sweep the floor.
Go to the bedroom. Clean the bedroom.
Go to the garden. Water the flowers.
Go to the outside. Empty the trash.
活动七:小鬼当家过 程:方式一:给家里每人分配家务活。方
式二:双休日给自己排一天的生活。

Step 4: Consolidation and extension
1、完成本单元配套的活动手册。
2、听、读课文。
3、运用所学知识向父母介绍自己能做的事情并体验生活.

Step 1: Warm up. Revision
1、师生对话。
T: Good morning. Good afternoon.
Ss: Good morning. Good afternoon.
T: Can you sweep the floor cook the meals?
Ss: Yes. No.
2、Let’s chant. (上节课自编的chant)
Go to the kitchen . Cook the meals.
Go to the living room. Sweep the floor.
Go to the bedroom. Clean the bedroom.
Go to the garden. Water the flowers.
Go to the outside. Empty the trash.
3、慢动作。教师将上一节课的五张卡片藏 在一个纸袋里,然
后露出卡片的一小部分,让学生猜出相应的词组,慢慢将卡片
往上抽,直至学 生猜对为止。
4、看动作,猜词组。教师做动作,学生说出相应的词组,复
习上一节课的五个词组。
5、做书上Let’s try.部分。Step 2:Presentation
1、设置情景导入。
“高薪聘请小管家”——用硬板纸制作一块招聘启示,教师是招
聘人员,对全班学生进行招聘小管家。待遇优厚,但条件也很
严的噢!最后,对符合条件的人说“Gr eat! You’re helpful!”

2、教师以同样的方式试聘多位 “应聘者” 后,板书出
“Are you helpful at home? What can you do? Great! You’re
helpful!”并带读多次。

4、分组操练并进行角色朗读。

活动一:毛遂自荐——竞聘上岗用上所学句型

活动二:“风采明星”大赛活动三:心有灵犀(最佳搭档)过程:
以两人为一小组。两位同学必 须背对背,一位同学问

1、在与学生相互问好时,教师故意打两个喷嚏,引出“I’m not

fine. I’m ill. I’ve got a cold.”强调“ill” 两次,让学生跟读并了解


含义。

2、出示挂图,让学生看图说话。
3、看图提问:

4、听录音,检查同学的回答是否与录音相符。
