The word ”winner” and “loser” have many meanings. When we refer to a person as a winner, we do not mean one who makes someone else lose. To us , a winner is one who responds authentically by being credible ,trustworthy ,responsive ,and genuine, both as an individual and as a member of a society.
Winners do not dedicate their lives to a concept of what they imagine they should be; rather, they are themselves and as such do not use their energy putting on a performance, maintaining pretence , and manipulating others. They are aware that there is a difference between being loving and acting loving, between being stupid and acting stupid, between being knowledge and acting knowledge. Winners do not need to hide behind a mask.
Winners are not afraid to do their own thinking and to use their own knowledge. They can separate facts from opinions and don’t pretend to have all the answers. They listen to others, evaluate what they say , but come to their own conclusion. Although winners can admire and respect other people, they are not totally defined , demolished, bound, or awed by them.
Winners do not play “helpless”, nor do they play the blaming game. Instead ,they assume responsibility for their own lives

1. It have been discussed for a long time that how to deal with the uncivilized behaviors during the travel, such as write on the place of historic interests, or claim to old trees. This kind of things happened in China more often than any other countries. What can we do to prevent those actions? Though we have advocate education of the tourists for years, the situation was not better than be imagined. In my opinion, we still have to encourage the education of our tourists, but with some change. For example, we should not only disseminate “Don’t Do Sth.”, but also with the reason and an explanation that it is not cool to sign names or words everywhere, in the contrary, we have to ashamed of that. Make a comparison between foreigners and us can also increase our consciousness.
2. The result of an examination always comes with two ends: winner and loser. For the winner, they got high marks and pride, everyone focused on them; but for the loser, time may become hard. Most of the losers w
ere upset, loss of confidence, live with depression, while few of them were different. Those different people learned from their failure, recognized their weak points, study harder for the next time with a positive attitude. For my part, I admired those people the most, for their reaction faced with the failure represented a kind of spirit, a spirit that never give up, a spirit that could encourage ourselves, a spirit that progressed the society. Be strong, overcome all the troubles, that’s what we can do.
No doubt,everyone wishes to be successful in discussing this,three fundamental principles should be borne in mind:diligence,devotion,and perseverance.
This first key factor to success is diligence,which is simply overcome difficulties through diligence,which enlighten our nce can make a fool wise,and a poor man we idle away our time now,our future life will be a we are diligent now,we will surely be successful in the future.
Devotion,which means the concentration of our mind and effort in doing things,is another key factor to er job we are doing,we must love it and do it whole when we set our minds on the job,can we do it well.
Furthermore,perseverance,or a strong will,is also necessary in order to make success a we study or work day after day,there is nothing that can not be t a strong will,on the other hand,we are likely to give up when we meet some short,a strong will can urge a person to perform wonderful deeds.
To conclude,all great men achieve success through diligence,devotion and as the famous English saying goes,“No pains,no gains
