全册教材分析

一、 教学目的
根据小学生的生理和心理特点以及 发展需求，小学阶段英语课程的目的是激
发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学习的积极态度，使他们 建立初步的学习
英语的自信心；培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础；使他们形成初步
用英语进行简单日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。同时培养学生的观察、
记忆、思维、想象和创 造能力。适当的介绍中西方文化，培养学生的爱国主义精
神，增强世界意识，为学生的进一步学习奠定良 好的基础。

二、 教材的编写意图
（一）全书配有彩色卡通式插图，设计新颖活 泼，生动有趣，这样可以激发
学生的学习动机和学习兴趣；
（二）培养学生良好的书写习惯
（三）本册书共6个单元、2个复习单元。每单元分“A、B、C”三个部分，
每个单元的话题 都联系学生的实际，如爱好，家庭，朋友等。小学学的都是一些
基础性的东西，可以为小学生以后的英语 学习奠定基础。
（四）本书的语言材料真实地道，活泼有趣，可以发展学生学习英语的自主
能力。
（ 五）教材编排内容多样化，有对话，歌曲，游戏，任务，会话，文化知识
等，这样可以使学生在活动中也 能感知语言，习得语言并能了解一些东西方文化。
（六）每单元由主干系统和辅助系统两部分组成。主干系统是由let’s learn,
let’s talk, read and write这三部分组成；辅助系统是由let’s do, let’
s play, write and say, story time组成。各个部分都配有彩图，设计新颖，
语言地道，联系了学生的实际。

这几部分所蕴含的能力体系有：
听：Let’s check 能听懂录音并找出正确答案
说：Let’s talk 能运用所学日常用语进行交流；
读：四年级上册Read and write 能正确地读出字母的发音以及字母在单词
里的发音；四年级下册Read and write能看懂文章大意，最主要的是能掌握并
正确地书写四会句子。
写：Write and say 能按笔顺正确地书写26个英文字母；
做：Let’s do,能通过看图片了解Let’s do 的意思并能听音做出动作。
本套教材所蕴含的知识体系为 ：本册书共6个单元、2个复习单元。每单元
分“A、B、C”三个部分。每个单元的最开始有一个主情 景图，呈现本单元的主
要教学内容。接下A和B部分Let’s learn主要学习生单词，Let’s do或Let’
s play 是提供活动来练习和巩固这些生单词的。Let’s talk主要学习交际用
语，Let’s chant或Group work通过TPR和游戏来巩固所学语言的。Read and
write 、Write and say主要是培养学生的四会能力和阅读能力。C部分主要是适当扩展学生的语言能力，复习和巩固所学语言。而Good to know施以通俗易
懂的方式展示中西方文化的差异。

三、 教学目标与要求
对于不同的学生可以采取分级教学的方法，一般学生可按一级的要求完成，
班 上水平较好的学生可以提高要求，完成二级的要求。

四、教法建议
（一）会话教学（Let’s talk Let’s play ）这部分主要采用情境教学
法，利用表演和游戏的方式融会话于情境教学中，在情景中运用语言。师生一 起
在表演中教，在表演中学，在交际活动中用。
（二）词汇教学（Let’s learn Let’s do）这部分采用直观演示法，即
利用游戏，使用实物或卡片；并且融词汇于会话教学中； 充分发挥TPR活动的优
势；详细讲授单词的结构和书写。
（三）字母教学（Read and write）四年级上册的字母教学1. 可以开展一
些模仿竞赛活动教学字母的发音;2. 利用卡片，投影，多媒体，描红等手段 指
导学生正确地书写字母3.利用游戏促进和巩固对字母的记忆。
（四）阅读教学：讲授重点 应放在四会单词和句子上。2.引导学生掌握四会
句子，着重强调复数结构。3.鼓励学生替换句型中的 关键词造新句。要求：听、
说、读、写四会单词和句子。
（五）其他板块教学（Let’s sing Let’s chant）。这部分主要采用全
身反应教学法，除了用于Warm-up中 ，也可以不断重复使用于教学过程中。1、
在每节课中渗透2.灵活运用于各个教学环节（引入、复习或 放松气氛）3.采取
多种表演活动进行学习，story time 要因材施教，根据不同学生的程度进行教
学。4.课堂内与课堂外结合使用

Unit 1 My Classroom

教学目标：
1. 本单元要求会听，说，认读的单词：

3. 帮助学生在掌握单词的基础上造出句子，编出对话，学以致用。
4. 培养学生用英语交流的能力，为学生的进一步学习奠定基础。

教学重点：
1. New words
2. Sentence Patterns.

教学难点：
1. 对于较长的单词如classroom, classmate, computer的掌握以及对于第一次
出现的词组和短语如have a look, good job的掌握。
2. 对于礼貌用语“Thank you , Excuse me, After you”的掌握与应用。
3. 描述教室中所有物件，并能据此编出对话。

Lesson 1
教学目标：
Let the students master the words: window, classroom, floor, light, door, board,
and picture. When they see the objects, they can recognize and read them and do the
action about them.

教学重点：
学习与教室有关的单词: Picture, classroom, window, board, and blackboard
交际用语的掌握

教学难点：
培养学生良好的学习习惯和课堂常规。
对于较长的单词如classroom, classmate, computer的掌握

课前准备：
A bloom, a piece of cloth, a picture and a tape- recorder.

教学过程：

(1) Greetings
The teacher asks the question : “What day is it today?”

Then the question “What’s the weather like today?”
(2) New Content
The teacher reads the words like that the classroom, the windows, the
door, the floor, the board and the lights in English one by one. Then the
teacher asks students to read after him. He asks:” What’s in the
classroom?” Choose several students who knows the answers to answer
by using the words they’ve just learned. The teacher shows the cards of
the words while the students are answering. Then the teacher points at the
card and asks the students to read after her one by one.
(3) Group work
One student asks the question and the other answers. Then the teac
her asks some groups to show the work.
(4) Practice
The teacher hands the cards of the bloom, the piece of cloth, the picture
and the board-wiper to the students and asks them to read after her. Then
the students listen to the tape while the teacher is doing the actions:
opening the door, turn on the light, Sweep the floor, clean the window,
put up the picture and clean the board. Then the teacher does the actions
again and asks students to follow. After that, choose several pairs of
students to do it like her. During this period the teacher says something
about the verbs like open, turn, sweep, clean and put. Listen to the tape
and read after it.

Lesson 2

教学目标：
Let the students recognize and read the words and expressions (classmate, seat,
and have a look) and use the dialogue freely.

教学重点：
学习句子We have a new classroom. Where is it?学习用near表示方位

教学难点：
学生对our 和my 的表达要比理解稍难些。our 一词的发音对学生来说读准
不太容易

课前准备：
A tape-recorder some pictures some cards

教学过程：

Say “Hello” to each other.
-What day is it today?
-It’s Tuesday today.
-What’s the weather like today?
-It’s sunny today.

(2) Revision
The teacher hands the cards and asks all the students to read them
one by one as quickly as they can.
Listen to the music and do the action开门，开灯，擦窗，擦黑板
and ask the students to say them in English.

(3) New content.
The teacher shows the text sentence on the blackboard using the c
omputer sentence by sentence and ask who can read them. Let th
e student who can read them to read and then choose 2 or 3 stude
nts to read after him. After that the teacher reads the sentences an
d let them follow him. Then listen to the tape and follow it.

(4) Practice
Divide them into some small groups and let them practice in group
s and then asks some of them to show the text.

Listen to the tape and ask the students to imitate. Then practice th
e chant in pairs by clapping hands. After that, choose 2 groups to
play this game in the front of the classroom.

Lesson 3

教学目标：
Let the students master the letters A , B , C , D, E .

教学重点：
通过句型联系交换信息
培养学生的英语交际能力

教学难点：
HeShe 的用法
新句型Where is…?

课前准备：
A tape- recorder, pictures and cards

(2) Revision
Let the students listen to the tape and follow it sentence by sen
tence. Then all the students read the text together. Next, ask some
ones to read the text. At last, ask some questions and let them ans

The teacher asks the students to look at the board while he writes
Bb Cc Dd Ee Then ask the students to practice them on th
eir exercise-books. Then ask some ones to come to the board and
write the letters to them. Next, let others see wether there is mista
ke.
“Fill in the blank”.
A: The teacher gives the students several letters of a word.
B: Let the students guess what the word is.
Then ask them to fill in the blanks. Do exercises about the 6 wor
ds.

(4) Listen
Listen to the tape and ask the students to do the “students book”.

the 的发音与运用
表达复数时be动词的运用。

课前准备：
A clean paper, a dirty paper, a table cloth and some pictures.

教学过程：

Say ”Good morning” to the class and ask them “ How are you?”
After getting the answer the teacher talk about the date and the we
ather.

(2) Revision
Ask one student to say the furniture in his house and describe its
colour in his house.

(3) New Content
The teacher reads the text first. Then ask the students to read after
her sentence by sentence.
When the students are reading the text themselves, the teacher writ
es” clean, Good idea, Good job, All right” on the blackboard. The
n explain these words and expressions (When the teacher explain
the word “clean”, she shows the clean paper and the dirty one to
the class. And then use the tablecloth to wipe the dirt on the pape
r. Tell them clean is not only an adj. but also a verb) and ask the
students to read them. After that, divide the whole class into seve
ral groups. Let them practice the story in groups. Then choose 2
or 3 Groups to act it.

(4) Game
Choose 1 student to come to the teacher’s desk. The teacher shows

Lesson 5

Let the students master the letters (Ff Gg Hh Ii) and the handwriting. They
can fill the blanks when some letters of a word, which they’ve just read, have given.
Let them master the song.

教学重点：
学习Let’s… 和Let me…及其表示赞同的回答：Ok.学习词组clean the
classroom, clean the desks and chairs, clean the window, clean the blackboard.

教学难点：
区分和正确使用Let’s…与Let me…
clean在本课中具有两种含义，教师要在学生不理解时进行解释。

课前准备：
A tape-recorder, four plates, a tablecloth

教学过程：

Say ”Hello” to one of the students. Talk about the weather and the
date.

(2) Revision
Ask one student to wipe his table with the tablecloth. Choose anot
her student to speak the action of the first student. Then ask the

Listen to the tape and ask the students to read after the tape. The
teacher writes ”Ff, Gg, Hh, Ii” on the blackboard and ask the stu
dents to write them on the notebook. Then let them check in pairs
and write the letters carefully again.
Let the students fill in the blanks on the textbook. Then draw the
very picture on the “plates”. This is a competition.
Listen to the tape. The teacher sings the song and asks the studen
ts to follow her. The teacher and the students sing together. Then
ask a little “singer” to sing to the whole class.

A: The teacher let some ones to write the letters on the board and
check their homework.
B: Divide the students in to several groups. Talk about the pictures

C: Each of the groups can make up a dialogue by using the pictur
es on the textbook and the bag and the ball that the teacher gives
them. Then choose 4 groups to act. Listen to the tape and practice
it in groups.
Ask some one what is the main idea of the story and let him sho
w the main idea to the students in Chinese. Then read the story to
gether. Let the students know what is a bee. At last, point out the
important points and let them remember them.
Greeting sentences
“Thank you. Excuse me. After you.” Tell the importance of these s
entences to the whole class. Then ask them to make up a dialogue
with these sentences. Let some groups to act out their plays.

the date. Then sing a song named “An apple a day makes a doct
or away”.
2) Revision
Do the exercise on page 76. Ask them to do it in groups and m
ake some comments.
Do the exercise “Let’s check” listening to the tape. Then check t
hem in pairs.
Do the exercise “Let’s find out” to see how many words can th
ey find in the letters.
Tell the main idea of the story in English and ask the studen
ts to read it by themselves. Ask them to circle the difficult words
and expressions. Choose one or 2 students to come to the front to
tell others the meaning of the story. Then the teacher correct him
her.
Read the exercise “Good to know” and say sth about it.
3) Sing a song
Learn a new song named “My father is a doctor”by listening to
the tape.
