一、学情分析
六年级的学生思维敏捷,已经有一定的英语基础,并且学生对英语比较
感兴
趣,学生课堂表现积极、主动,乐于参与,乐于表现自己。大部分同学对学习英
语都有兴趣
,学习英语的自信心较强,但有一部分同学英语基础差,增加了教学
难度。所以在今后的教学中,应面向
全体学生,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,充分
调动他们的自主能动性、积极性,并发挥团队协作精神,营造
互帮互助,使他们
树立起学习英语的自信心,同时让学生了解中西文化的差异,培养爱国主义精神
和世界意识。
二、教材分析
本册教材的主要内容为PEP小学英语六年级上册,共有6个
教学单元、2
个复习单元。每单元分“A、B、C”三个部分,共12页,复习单元为6页。全
书配有彩色卡通式插图,设计新颖活泼,生动有趣。本教材的设计与编写体现了
对传统外语教学思想的继
承和发展,在比较、分析和研究多种国内外小学英语教
材的基础上,博采众长,取其精华,形成了本套教
材特有的编写体系。本套教材
的编写思路是以话题为纲,以交际功能和语言结构为主线,逐步引导学生运
用英
语完成有实际意义的语言任务,即:话题-功能-结构-任务。根据学生的实际
情况,教师
可以有选择地、灵活地安排教学内容,有针对性地设计课堂教学活动。
三、教学目标
本套教材的教学目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极
态度,使他们初步建立学习英
语的自信心;培养学生具有一定的语感和良好的语
音、语调、书写基础,以及良好的学习习惯;使他们初
步具备用英语进行简单日
常交流的能力。同时培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象和创造能力。适当介绍
中西方文化,培养学生的爱国主义精神,增强世界意识,为学生的进一步学习奠
定良好的基础。
文化的同时,也学会用英语向外国人介绍中华民族的优秀文化传统,真正实现跨
文化交际。 <

四、教学措施
(一)词汇教学(Let’s learn)
1.注重词汇的呈现方式
使用不同方
法教学词汇能产生完全不同的教学效果。教师在教学词汇的过程中创
造性运用教具,通过各种方式呈现新
词,使学生始终保持学习兴趣至关重要。教
师要仔细研究课堂,开动脑筋设计有效的学习任务,使单词教
学不仅生动有趣而
且教有实效。
2.利用Let’s
start部分引入话题、引出新词和新句型
本册书的Let’s start是一项brainst
orm式的活动。教师在引导学生讨论与话题相
关的实际生活问题时,除了使用学过的词汇和句型之外,
可以非常自然地引出一
些新词,让学生在理解词义的基础上朗读、拼读新词,这样会场收到良好的教学<
br>效果。
3.在实际交流当中教学单词
教师应力求在语言交流当中教新词,用旧词练习
新语言,融会语言和词汇的教学,
使之相辅相成。教师可充分利用学生用书和教师教学用书当中可供选择
的游戏,
在丰富的语言活动当中操练新词,将词汇和句型的教学融会贯通。教师除了用好
学生用
书,活动手册和教师教学用书以外,还应根据教学的需要,自行设计多样
化的交际性语言活动教学新词。
4.充分发挥单词卡片的作用
单词卡片不仅可以用来做各种复习巩固词汇的游戏,还可以让学
生在听、说、认
读之后再描红,进行单词的拼写。
(二)对话教学(Let’s talk)
1.在听力活动中感知新的语言(Let’s try)
这个听力练习用来帮助学生进一步熟悉Let’s
learn部分学过的新词,并在进入
Let’s talk新句型的学习之前先从听觉上感知新语言,
方便了教师针对目标语言从
听、说、读、写四个方面循序渐进式达到教学目标。
2.理解语言的基础上学说、操练语言
1.抓住主句型,替换关键词操练住句型。
2.在趣味游戏和任务型活动中学说、巩固新句型。
3.在会说的基础上运用重点句型。

4. 在会用的基础上进行句型书写。
(三)阅读教学(Let’s read )
阅读教学的教学目标是:读懂对话或短文;完
成检测学生理解程度的活动。在这
里,教师把教学重点放在巩固重点词汇、句型和提高学生的阅读能力。
具体教学
建议如下:
1.复习巩固本部分重点词汇和句型,可以采用游戏、竞赛或师生自由会话等形
式。
2.教师设计情景,自然引入阅读内容,并且尽可能引入阅读内容中的新句型。
3.教师解惑答疑。
4.检测学生的理解情况。
(四)语音训练(Pronunciation)
六年级上册编排了40个国际音标的听音、
认读训练,让学生通过朗读例词和完
成单词、音标、图连线的活动初步建立单词的音、形、义之间的联系
,为今后的
语音学习打下较好的基础。
具体教学建议如下:
1.了解音标的读音。
2. 朗读例词。
3. 完成连线活动。
(五)歌曲与歌谣教学(Let’s
singLet’s chant)
歌曲与歌谣既可以用来导入或巩固学习各单元的重要词汇和基本句
型,让学生在
活泼轻快的旋律当中熟练掌握目标语言;又可以用来扩展语言、加大信息输入量,
尤其是为后面课时的重点、难点做好铺垫。要使歌曲与歌谣真正起到活跃教学,
并服务于语言学习的作用
,应该注意以下几点:
1.在每节课中渗透
歌曲与歌谣可以在每节课的课前欣赏或演唱,以
营造英语学习的气氛;以反复欣
赏,略将主要词义,逐步跟唱的自然习得形式进行。
2.灵活运用于各个教学环节
除了用于Warm-up,营造学习气氛,还可以灵活调整,用
于呈现语言或词汇的教
学当中。也可以用于教学中途的放松和调节,更可以用来巩固语言和词汇的学习。
3.唱演结合,培养艺术素质
小学生好动、好表演。教师应尽量给歌曲与歌谣配上相应的简易
动作,让学生在
唱起来的同时动起来、演起来、乐起来。
4.巧妙替换,服务于新知识的教学
教师可以指导学生对熟悉的歌谣进行改编,把新词汇或句型替换进去,增强词汇

教学的创造性和趣性.
(六)趣味故事教学(Story time) 趣味故事不仅仅是给学生带来乐趣,更重要的是起到了扩展语言和对不同学生分
层次教学的作用。
(七)阶段复习教学(Recycle)
阶段复习密切围绕各单元话题展开,將所有需要复习
的语言点融进有实际意义的
活动之中,并增加了考察综合性阅读理解能力的语篇,以增进对语言知识的积
累。
五、后进生辅导计划
一、本班学生分析:
本班共由于部分学生平时学习不够
努力,因而其基础知识掌握地不够好。后
进生主要的困难在学习不努力,对学习没有信心,基础知识掌握
的较差,有的是
差在基本技能及创造性发挥上。还有一些是差在细节上。因此,转化后进生工作
重点应放在转化学生的自信心及创造性上。
二、转化目标:
通过本学期的学习,使班内后进
生能基本掌握学习的方法,能树立正确的学
习态度,对于掌握基本技能起到推动作用。
三、学习困难的原因
1、由于基础较差或习惯较差,很多问题老师讲数遍,他们照样记不住。
2、缺乏自觉学习的积极性,懒惰贪玩,上课不注意听讲。
3、在家庭方面,学生家长有的是对子女溺爱, 因此个别学生家庭作业完成,
或边看电视边作
业。有的是学生家长自己没文化,对孩子的学习不能及时辅导。
有的家长不在家,根本无法监督。
四、转化措施:
学习上总的特点是智力一般,学习依赖思想严重,没有独立思考勇于创新的<
br>意识,遇到较难的题便等老师的答案,针对这一实际情况,我首先要想方设法调
动学生的学习积极
性,更重要的是做好后进生的转化工作。在工作中,我十分重
视对学生一视同仁,不溺爱优秀生,不鄙视
后进生。制订出转化计划如下:
1、校内外齐抓共管,家校结合,拓宽教育渠道。利用家长,让家长协
助教
师教育和督促自己的孩子努力学习。
2、课后多和后进生交谈,态度要和蔼,使后进生愿
意接近老师,经常和老
师说说心里话,有利于老师对学生了解,有利于做好后进生的转化工作。加强对<
br>后进生的个别心理辅导。深入学生的内心世界,搞好特别学生的情况跟踪调查,
对其心理障碍进行
研究和排除,矫治其心理疾病,充分发挥心理教育的德育功能。
3、开展互帮互学的活动,座位的排列尽量让中、后进生创设一个好的学习

环境,充分发挥课后“小老师”的作用。
4、对后进生的缺点批评要恰当得体
,切忌不可伤害,不能让其他同学嘲笑
他们,嫌弃他们。对后进生坚持“四个不”“五个先”原则。“四
个不”即:不定
性,不歧视,不溺爱,不加压。“五个先”即:表扬鼓励优先,关心帮助优先,作
业批改和学习辅导优先,家访优先,参加群体活动优先,以努力提高教育的实效
性。
5、优
化课堂教学,分层次设计目标,给后进生制订能够完成的目标,使其
能真正感到成功的喜悦。积极探索“
低起点,多层次,高需求。”的课堂教学模式。
“低起点”就是传授新知识的起始阶段放低起点,运用直
观形象的方法,使学生
听的懂,学得进。“多层次”就是针对学生的共性和个性差异,因材施教。“高要
求”就是精心钻研教材,使所有的学生都处于“跳一跳,摘个桃”的学习状态。
通过课堂教学改
革,引导学生积极主动的学习与发展,从而全面提高教学质量。
6、利用课余时间帮助差生辅导,尽力使他们的成绩有所提高,让他们认识
到“我能行”。 <
br>总之,我不但要在学习上关心后进生,还要在生活上关心每一个后进生的成
长,使每个后进生真正
感到班集体的温暖,激发他们的求知欲,使每位同学在德、
智、体、美等方面均能得到全面发展。
