一、词汇Words
UNIT1
1. student n. 学生
例:Are you a student?(你是一位学生吗?)
Yes, I am.(是,我是的。)
No, I’m not. I’m a
teacher.(不,我不是的。我是一位…)
拓展:复数为students
批注:在学student时,可以给好学生扩展一下跟学生有关的词汇,study可以有“学习”的
意思,做动词,也可作
“书房”的意思,为名词。

teacher n. 教师
例:She’s Miss Li. She’s a
teacher.
拓展:复数为teachers
批注:讲解teacher的同时可以告诉学生动词为teach,教我英语,可以说teach me
English.注意中间是宾格。
3.
nurse n. 护士
例:My aunt is a nurse.
拓展:复数为nurses.
批注:ur字母组合发[ə:]的还有hamburger,purse,surf,turn等等。
4. doctor n. 医生
例:Is Mr. Green a
doctor? No, he isn’t. He is a teacher.
批注:or字母组合发[ə]的还有visitor, er字母组合发[ə]的单词有worker,
farmer等等。
5. boy n. 男孩
例:Who’s the boy in the tree?
拓展:boy的复数形式为boys. 以元音加y结尾的可数名词变复数直接在末尾加s,
但以辅音加y结尾的可数名词要
把y变为i再加es, 如party.

6. girl n. 女孩
例:What’s the
girl’s name? Her name is Yangling.
7. man
n. 男人
例:The man listens to a Walkman.
拓展:man的复数是men, man与其他名词连用变为复数时两者都要变,如a man
doctor变为复数为two men doctors.
8. woman n.
女人
例:The woman looks at pandas in the zoo.
拓展:woman的复数是woman, woman与其他名词连用时变复数,两者都要变,如a
woman teacher变为复数为two
women teachers.
9. new adj. 新的
例:My scarf is new.
拓展:new为形容词,它的反义词为old.
10. our
pron. 我们的
例:Mr Green is our English teacher.
拓展:our单数是my, our的主格为we,宾格为us.
11. school n. 学校
例:Our school is so
nice.
拓展:上学go to school,放学后after school,上学迟到be
late for school
12. climb v. 爬
例:We climb the hill every Sunday.
拓展:爬山climb the hill, 爬树climb the
tree.注意:climb中的b不发音。
批注:I字母发[ai]的单词有kite,
night, white, bike等等。

一、词汇Words
1. brother
兄,弟
例:The boy with big eyes is my brother.
批注:记忆单词时,我们可以把单词归结成一定的系列进行记忆。如家庭系列,有grand
father、grandmother、father、
mother、
brother、sister、son、aunt、uncle等。

white 白色
例:I like the white dress.
批注:white的反义词是black,
记忆颜色的单词时,顺便带一下其他颜色的单词green, yellow, red, blue,
pink, brown
等等。
3. friend 朋友
例:I have a lot of
friends.
Tom has a good friend, he’s a
student.
4. party 聚会
例:We
are late for the party.
拓展:party的复数为parties.
生日聚会birthday party
批注:可以顺带讲一下可数名词的单数变复数。
5. with 具有…的特征
例:The girl with
long hair is my friend.
拓展:with是有,长着......而in是穿着,如:The girl in red
skirt is Jane.穿着红色短裙的女孩是简。
典型例题

穿红色T恤的女孩是谁?所以用疑问代词who,而whose是谁的,另外穿用in,不用on。

一、词汇Words

例:Who is he? He is
my uncle. 他是谁?他是我叔叔。
What’s his job? He is
a policeman. 他的职业是什么?他是一名警察。
拓展:复数为policemen.
批注:以man结尾的单词还有postman邮递员,poli
ceman警察,workman劳动者,dustman清洁工,spaceman
宇航员,fish
erman渔夫,businessman商人,他们的复数是把man变成men.

选手, singer歌唱家,dancer 舞蹈家,soldier士兵,thinker
思想家,
fighter战士,engineer工程师,zoo-keeper动物园饲养员,manager经理。
4. waitress
n.女服务员
例:She is a waitress in Jingling Hotel.
拓展:waitress的复数为waitresses.
批注:以ess结尾的名词有actress女演员,princess公主等等。
5. driver
n. 司机
例:He is a taxi driver.
拓展:driver的动词为drive,drive a car to s.w=go to
s.w by car.
6.
worker n.工人
例:The worker’s coat and
trousers are in the tree.
拓展:worker的动词形式为work,
go to work去上班,work也可作名词,为不可数名词。
7. cook n. 厨师
例:The cook cooks food
well.
拓展:cook作名词为厨师,a good
cook一名好厨师;作动词为烹饪,cook
dinner做饭。而cooker不是厨师的意思,
而是炊具的意思,不能混淆了。
8. farmer n.农民
例: The farmers work hard
on the farm every year.
拓展:farmer把末尾的er去掉为farm农场的意思,在农场上为on the farm.

9. postman 邮递员(这个词汇是扩充词汇)
例: The postmen
are in green when they work.
拓展:postman的动词形式为post寄送, post a letter
寄一封信,post a card寄一张卡片。
10. engineer 工程师(这个词汇是扩充词汇)
例: My
father is an engineer.
拓展:engineer发音以元音因素开头的,所以用an engineer.
11. job n.职业
例:what’s your job? I’m a
teacher.
拓展:询问别人的职业时,用what’s
...........job?省略号为名词的所有格形式或者为形容词性物主代词。
She is a driver. (对划线部分提问)

[解析]对职业提问用what’s...........job?be动词用is或者are.
[答案]what is her job?
12. name n. 名字
例: What’s your name?
拓展:询问别人姓名时,用what’s
your name? 回答可以是I am..........也可以是my name
is............
a+辅音+不发音的e结尾的单词中的a都发双元音eɪ,这样的单词
还有make,late,lake等等。
13. their 他(她它)们的
例: what are their jobs? They are cooks.
拓展:their的主格为they,宾格为them,单数是hisherits.
14. today 今天
例: Today is Monday.
It’s hot today.
拓展:today的ay字母组合发音为eɪ,这样的单词还有play,
day,bay,okay等等。
15. old(老的)
例:How old
is your grandmother? She is seventy.
拓展:old有老的,旧的意思,an old man 一位老人,an old
jacket一件旧的夹克。

拓展:about有大约的意思,还有关于的意思,如talk to

17. how many(多少)
例:How
many teachers do you have? Seven.
拓展:对数量提问用how
many,对不可数名词的量提问用how much, 对年龄提问为how old。
