拍 卖 英 语 培 训

作为拍卖场上的发言人，拍卖师在主持中的一举一动 都体现着拍卖公司的形象，体现着
拍卖师本人的基本素质和修养。在拍卖场上，拍卖师的主持语言要礼貌 、含蓄和委婉，因此
拍卖是在拍卖过程中主要使用的是问句。拍卖师的报价语言要简明、清晰、准确。另 外，在
保持简洁、快速的基础上，采用各式各样的表达方式穿插其中是十分必要的，它可以令语言
丰富、生动、减少重复和罗嗦，也可以避免竞买人之间造成不必要的误解。

二、报价数字
拍卖师主持拍卖会是离不开数字的。首先，拍卖师应当熟练掌握最基本的1-----100数
字的英文表达。其次，要熟悉英文的数字表达法，从后往前，每三位数打一个逗号。还是从
前往后面数， 第一个逗号读做thousand；第二个逗号读做million；第三个逗号读做billion。
所以一般说来，最复杂的情况也无非就是几百几十几个thousand million或billion。

有时，为简便起见，拍卖师有时对数字的提出与日常方式有别，例：“1600”报成“one
thousand and six”，而日常应该是“1006”；“4200”报成“forty- two hundred”；“110”报成“one
ten”；等等。这是因为参与拍卖的人员对竞价阶梯等内容都很清楚，所以不会出现误解。

（一）拍卖英语应用实例
拍卖师开场白：

(二)拍卖师英语表达方式的变化
在拍卖中，拍卖师为减少重负，使语言更加 丰富、生动，对于同样的意义，可选择使
用不同的表达方式。如：
（1）要表达“第一号拍品，起拍价为100元”，可以有以下几种说法：
Lot I,we are starting at ¥100.第一号拍品,我们要以100元起拍.
Lot I,we start at ¥100.第一号拍品,我们以100元起拍.
No.I,we open at ¥100.一号拍品,我们以100元开拍.
（2）如果要问“有人应价吗?”可以使用以下几种说法：
Any bid?有人应价吗?
Who’ll bid for it?谁要为此出价?
（3）如果此时已经有人出价到200元，在等待新的报价出现时，拍卖师可以重复这一
价位：
We have ¥200 now.现在有人出价200元。
¥200 appears now.200元出现了。
¥200 now.现在是200元。
¥200 somebody.有人出价200元。
（4）有时为了避免使这种重复显得过分单调，可以不时采用一些稍长的句子。比如：
¥1.800 over there.那边有人出价1800元。
¥2,500 in the middle of the room.中间有人出价2500元。
¥9,900 in the back of the room.后面有人出9900元。
¥10,000 in the front of the room. 前面有人出价10000元。
¥12,000 on my left mow. 在我左边有人出价12000元。
¥13,500 on my right mow.在我右边有人出价13500元。
¥15,000,on the telephone now .电话中有人竞价15000元。
（5）如果拍卖师想进一步邀请竞买人加价，可以问：
Any more bid? 还有人应价吗?
Any more? 还有吗?
Any other bid? 还有其他竞价吗?
No more for it? 没有人再加价了吗?
How about ¥400? 400元怎么样?
（6）如果见场上“大势已去”，在最后成交落槌前，要 有三次报价，以提醒出价者抓
住落槌前最后的时机：
¥1,000 first, ¥1,000 second, last chance.1000元第一次，1000元第两次，最后一次机会！
Calling once, calling twice, last calling(call).第一次，第二次，最后一次！ 由以上所述可见，拍卖师的语言往往十分简练、口语化，而实际使用中,拍卖师往往是
随着场上竞价 的快速变化而迅速做出反应，以语言流利自然、准确清楚、抑扬顿挫、表达多
变为最重要。对拍卖师用语 语法上的要求不很严格，往往可以省略主语、动词、冠词、介词
等等。在拍卖师用语中有的地方讲究表达 方式上的变化，以防呆板单调,而有的地方(如报“最
后一次”)则又要求只用一种方式表达,保持规范 和一致。

四、考试辅导
拍卖英语不是考试的重点，但估计有5-10分的 比例，假如你英语口语好的话，可以在拍
卖技巧面试上一展风采，而且应该有加分的。重点要复习一下教 材《拍卖通论》中“拍卖英
语”部分之“第二节 拍卖英语相关知识 P554-558 ”及熟悉《拍卖法》的英语版（P559-572）。
