1. ARI平均房价指数
Average Rate Index
是指房间平均房价在市场上所占比例。
计算公式为:酒店平均房价 市场平均房价
备注:市场平均房价=所有竞争酒店的房间收入总和

CTP营业利润贡献 Contribution to Trading
Profit
计算公式为:IHG营业利润贡献=IHG管理费+IHG奖励管理费
IHG管理费=酒店总收入*合同约定的比率
IHG奖励管理费=酒店GOP*合同约定比率
3. GOP总经营利润 Gross Operating Profit
计算公式:酒店各生产营业部门营业毛利总和(包括Room,F&B and
other)-非营业部门总费用(包括A&G,S&M,Engineering and
Energy).
各生产营业部门营业毛利=收入-直接成本-营业费用。

RevPAR平均每间可卖房间的收入Revenue Per
Available Room
公式为:RevPAR= Total Room Rev.房间总收入

enrollment. To make the information correct
and alive, need to
update in 是酒店完整的数据信息综合系统,包括
经营的
及非经营的数据资料。涉及客房,餐饮及所有的其它部门。通过IBP
可以清楚的看到酒
店的预算、实际及预测数据,酒店的经营策略以及
其它质量控制方面的表现,例如TQM, ESPS,
GSTS, PCR会员发展等。
为了保证IBP信息的正确性及活跃性,必须及时更新数据。
