graduate student education for english learning
should be vary according to the focus of the

graduate students. for humanities
and social sciences class
graduate students,

they can take english study as a research
assistant. and for
science and engineering
class graduate student, because of
their
counties technical capacity exist difference to
international, its research innovation must
look to international,
so english learning
should be a compulsory subject for them.
