申请书中英范文

在准备 留学申请材料时，作为对外联系主要文件之一的简历，其
质量高低将直接影响申请者的成功率，为了能让 对方清晰地了解申请
者，简历在写作方面应力求真实、全面、简洁、明了。

留学申请者的简历应包括以下几个方面的内容：

1.姓名：与各种学历证明的姓名相同，如有更改姓名的情况，务
必在公证时予以声明，并附上公证书。

2.性别

3.出生年月日及地点。与各类学历证明的出生年月日一致，出生
地点写明国别和省份。

4.国籍

5.婚否

6.现在工作单位及详细通信地址。

7.个人教育背景。包 括大学、硕士阶段的在读时间，所在大学的
名称、专业和所获学位，参加工作后的受教育经历，主要指脱 产接受
专门的进修、培训或学习。

8.个人从事专业的经历。填写 专业经历应力求抓住重点，突出研
究方向。担任教学工作的可列出主讲、助讲课程的名称，担任研究工< br>作的可列出参加各个研究项目的课题名称。

9.个人的著作、论文或 研究成果要分门别类列出，并一定要与个
人专业经历相一致。所列著作要注明名称、出版年月、出版单位 。所
列论文要注明论文题目，刊载杂志或期刊名称、期号、语种。对于在
学术会议上发表的文章 还要注明学术会议的名称、召开时间和地点等。
如果其中有被外国学者评论过的，最好附上刊载评论文章 的杂志名称
及时间。

10.外语水平。注明参加TEF、TOEF L、GRE等考试的时间、地点及
成绩。若申请者掌握多门外语，则要一一注明语种并说明熟练程度。

11.参加何种学术团体，得到何种荣誉。学术团体一般应是省、市
或 行业一级以下的专业学术团体，在学术团体中所担任的职务可加以

注明。荣誉主要是指在 专业、技术研究方面获得的奖励和荣誉，并要
注明获奖名称，颁奖时间和颁奖单位。

12.拟申请的大学和导师的姓名。可根据申请者查询的资料予以注
明，并要注意按照每 个单位、每位导师一份简历的原则，即在同一份
自传中不必注明全部想要联系的单位和导师。

13.拟进行的研究方向和希望从事研究的题目。国外院校的专业面
一 般较宽，要根据国外情况，力求专业面与其一致。研究课题可根据
自己的研究兴趣和需要，同时也要尽量 考虑对方的条件。

在简历的书写过程中申请者还应注意必须尽力保证字迹的 工整、
清楚，最好用打印机打印。一份成功简历的秘诀在于：既不要言过其
实，又必须充分反映 自己的实际水平。

留学申请书一(中英文)

I am a student, graduated from BaoYang middle school,
Nanning, GuangXi autonomous region, in xx. I am still studying
in high school now, because I was not enrolled by the ideal
university last year. Recently, I have a dream to study abroad.

Then I search online and find that it is more convenient and
suitable for me to go to New Zealand for study.

First, New Zealand is a multicultural country, which has the
most advanced education in the world. Second, the tuition is
lower than other countries’, which I think is mo

英文书信格式：

英文书信通常由下列五个部分组成：

A 信头（Heading）包括写信 人地址和写信日期，通常写在信笺的
右上角。在比较熟识的朋友之间的通信，写信人的地址常可略去。地
址的写法通常是由小到大，如：门牌号、街道名、市（县）名、省名、
国名（邮政编码通 常写 在城市名之后）。这同中文书信的地址写法
完全相反。日期写在地址的下方，可以写1～3行。通常有下 列两种
定法： （a）月、日、年（美式）：如August 15, 200__ （b）日、
月、年（英式）：如15th august, 200__ ，月、日的后面用逗号,
年份后面不用标点。

B 称呼（Salutation）指写信人对收信人的称呼，如Dear Xiaojun，
写在日期下一 两行，顶格写，称呼后面可用逗号，也可用冒号，一般
用Dear…或My dear…开头。

C 正文（Body）这是书信的主体部分，即写信人要表达的 内容。
正文一般在称呼下方隔两行处开始写，正文的首行左边一般留约5个
字母宽的空白。

D 结束语（Complimentary Close）它是书信结尾的恭维话，相当
于文中书信最后的“祝好”、“致礼”之类的话语。如 “Best wishes”
等

E 签名（Signature） 签名通常签在结束语下方的中间偏右的位置，
即使是打写机打出的信件，最后仍需亲笔签名，签名由写信 人和收信
人的关系和亲疏程度而定，一般只需写名不写姓，但若用了较庄重的
结尾套语，此时可 签全名。在签名的上方可根据写信人和收信人的关
系写Sincerely yoursYours sincerely（用于长辈或朋友之间），
或Respectfully yoursYours respectfully（用于对长辈或上级），
注意开头字母要大写，末尾要用逗号。

申请信

申请信写法：

开头：说明写信目的(申请原因)，信息，对所申请工作或学校的
认识，自己的打算。 主体：着重介绍自己的背景(教育情况，工作经
历，兴趣爱好，特长等)。求职信先介绍工作

经验，要突出个人能力及工作业绩；求学信要重点介绍自己受教
育程度 。总之，要努力使自己的介绍引起对方的兴趣。

结尾：表达自己的愿望，如希望得到面试机会等，语气要自信而
坚定。

一、 英文求学申请信的格式和正文内容(Application for
Admittance)

英文求学申请信与普通信函的格式一样,包括信头(写信人的地址
和写 信日期)、收信人的姓名和地址、称呼、正文、结束语和签名.

求学申请信一般包括如下内容:

1. 简单介绍个人的情况,包括学历、工作经历、研究经历等;

2. 说明所申请的专业和希望入学的时间;

3. 请学校寄入学申请表和有关资料;

4. 请学校介绍入学条件和要求;

5. 若申请经济资助,可要求学校寄经济资助申请表;

6. 信中要写上申请人的通讯地址和电话,以便对方回复.

二、英文求学申请信的写作要求

1. 应符合英语信件的格式,表达方式符合英语习惯;

2. 申请人的语气要自信而不傲慢,礼貌而不卑微,即不卑不亢,恰
如其分;

3. 应写得简明流畅,言简意赅.

三、英文求学申请信正文部分的行文技巧

正文部分一般可以从三个方面组织内容:

1. 用简短的开场白明确陈述写信的目的,即申请什么专业和学位,
从何得知申请信息等 入学申请应明确说明申请何类性质或何种学位
的课程,准备何时入学等;

2. 主体段用来概述自己的情况,包括年龄、专业、学历、资历、
特长、兴趣等,旨在给 对方留下深刻的印象.即使附有履历也应在主
体段总结说明自己的基本情况,强调自

己具备充分的申请资格.

3. 结束段主要用来敦请对方关照,说明附件.根据需要,还可以在
主体段与结束段之间

增补段落,说明其他具体情况,如外语水平、获奖情况、经济能力
等.

I am writing to apply for a place in the MA program in
Economics of your university for the xx-xx academic year.

第一节 索取入学与奖学金表格申请书信范例

索取入学及奖学金表格是申请程序的第一步，这一步比较简单容
易。只要学校 初选名单确定下来，便可发函索取表格。索取申请表
格的信函格式与商业书信大致 相同。这类申请信函最好寄到单位，

而不要写给个人，以免因工作调动而耽搁。以 美国大学为例，申请
的受理单位可能有以下几种：

1. 由Office of Admissions统一受理一切入学申请函件，包括
大学部与研究 生院；

2. 由Office of the Registrar 受理，权限同1；

3. 由Office of Student Service受理，权限同1；

4. 由Office of Foreign Student Advisor 受理国外学生入学
申请函件；

5. 由Office of Foreign Admissions 或Office of
International Scholars

忽视的一项， 是反映一个申请者自身情况的材料。国外绝大多数的
学校都要求申请者提 供，并作为审查批准入学的重要依据之一。

个人简历的英译很多，如“Personnel Vita”、“Autobiographical

Statement”、“Personal Statement”、“Autobiography”、
“Resume”。其中

“Resume”写法稍有不同。个人简历一般应简要写明本人所受教
育、专业兴趣、工 作经历、所取得的成绩及家庭背景。

有关个人简历写作的注意要点。综合各校的要求，特做如下分析：

1. 个人简历的结构可分为三或四个段落。第一段落简单交待自己
的个人情况

，如姓名、出生时间及地点、家庭背景等。良好的家庭教育对你
的成才当然有利。 但美国对此不很重视，一般可以不写。第二段可

Firstly, I would like to make a brief introduction of my
