certificate is the certification for the obligee having the
-ownership receives legal protection of
Chinese Law.
House owner should follow close to the line of national
laws,regulations and rules about real estate.
transferring the house
(transaction,exchange,gift,partition ,inheritance,assignment,transfer,se
ntence etc.); when altering the house(the obligee’s legal name,the
street name and room number of house location,the house’s partly
reconstruction,demolition,collapse,and burning down which’s
changed the house’s current situation);when specifying other
rights(mortgage,vadium mortuum etc.);when having the ownership
terminated by the losses of house and land,the expiration of land
service life,the termination of other rights etc,the obligee should go to
apply for registration at the house located people’s government’s real
estate ownership registry within the required time with relevant
documents.
other unit or individual other than the certificate-issuing office
shall not affix any word or any seal over this certificate.
the real estate administration requires to check the ownership
for routinely work,the holder of the certificate should produce the
certificate.
certificate shall be under proper keep. One should apply for
re-issue another one promptly after losing or destroying the previous
one.
