1）、从内容上须写2~3个建议，学生只写了一个。
2）、本文出现一些可以避免的语法错误，如水是不可数的，不能用fewer and fewer等。
3）、还有些中式的英语，have a too long shower.
4)、最后一段人称比较乱，有I, you, people和we, 改为用第一人称更好，
5）、整篇文章描述比较流畅，用到较好的句子如One can live without food for a week, but one
can no longer exist without water in three days.
所以整篇文章得分：5+4.5+2.5=12

Water is very important to us. Without water, people cannot live. But in our daily life, we can see
many people waste water. Some people do not turn off the tap after using it. Some take long showers
and others throw away plastic bottles when there is still water inside. To save water, we should
always turn off the tap when we are not using it. We can wash our clothes twice a week instead of
every day. And we’d better flush the toilets with used water.
The last drop of water could be our tear, so take actions from now on to save water.

四、实战演练：
环保和建设“美丽中国”是2013年我们国家热门的话题。作 为广州市的一名小市民，针对广州
目前出现的灰霾问题，请你根据以下四个方面的提示向广州市环保局局 长写一封以建设“美丽
广州”为主题的倡议信。
1.主要问题：灰霾（ haze n.）天气。
2.原因：工厂和汽车排放废气、工地 (building site)产生粉尘。
3.重要性：健康问题
4.相应的措施。禁止工厂排放废气、工地释放过多的Spring Festival粉尘，小车限行。
