An overview of produced module types is to be presented in annex 1. Here a module type family is defined by the
design and the list of components and materials. Within a module type family only module size and power class may
change.

6. Components and materials for the production 生产所用的材料和零部件
The certification according to IEC 61215 IEC 61646 determines the usable materials for the production.
Modules, that are based on the same materials, components and processing that only differ in size and
electrical output power, form a so-called product family or type family. 材料是否可用需要通过IEC
61215IEC 61646来决定。用同样材料、 零部件和生产工艺制造的组件,如果仅是尺寸和输出功率不同的
话,可以被称为同系列组件。
The larger the diversity of products from a manufacturer, the more materials and material combinations
must be tested certified. All changes in the module design and used materials must be declared to TÜV.
Depending on the type of change an extension of the IEC certification to the new module type may require
the repetition of certain tests.产品的多样性越大,需要测试的材料或材料组合也越多。任何组件的设计或 材
质上的变更必须要告知给TÜV,我们将根据变更的实际情况决定是否需要做一些附加的IEC测试。
In this section the conformity of the current module production with the certified materials and material
combinations will be verified by means of random sampling of delivery notes during the past period and
inspection of inventory at hand. 本部分我们将通过审核随机抽查的过去的采购记录和检验库存的材料来验
证实际生产 所用的原材料和送样检测的样品所用的原材料是否一致。
In the following each module component is represented by one item. If different type specifications or sup-
pliers are used add sub-items. The item number is the identification number for the materialcomponent
that appears in the module type family sheets of annex 1.下面的表格中每一项列出一种材料(零部件)。
材料的备用型号或供应商需要列 在该项的补充项中,这些项目号即为列在附录1(annex 1)中的组件所用材
料(零部件)的识别号。

8.1 Premises and environmental condition 生产线和仓库的环境

It must be assured, that the environmental conditions in the production and storage rooms does not have a negative
influence on the quality of the PV- modules. The technical requirements for the production areas and the environment
should be laid down in written form. 必须要保证,生产线仓库的环境不能够对组件产品质 量产生不利影响。必须有书
面的文件对生产线和仓库的环境的要求作出规定。
8.1.1 Storage Handling of materials 原材料的储存处理

8.2 Test- and calibration method (control of output power)
测试和校准方法(对产品输出功率的控制)
Within quality control the manufacturer is obliged to use adequate methods for the testing and calibration. This in-
cludes methods for the temperature and irradiance correction of the measured module characteristics to STC as well
as the calibration of the solar simulators area of irradiation. It has to be verified, that these methods are suitable for
the intended purpose. 出于质量控制的目的生产者必须采取足够措施来进行测试和校准。这包括对被测组件在标准测
试条件下温 度和辐照的校正,以及模拟器的辐照区域的校准。必须要证明,生产者采取的以上措施有利于达到目的
( 对输出功率的控制)
For the determination of the production tolerance the manufacturer has to dispose methods for the estimation of the
measuring uncertainty and make use of them. For the estimation of the measurement uncertainty all contributing
components have to be taken into account. Adequate methods for the calculation of the over all measurement un-
certainty have to be used. 生产者需要想办法评估测试的不确定性并据此来确定产品输出功率的偏差。在评估测试 的不
确定性时所有相关的零部件(材料)都需要被考虑进去。必须采取足够的方法对影响整个测试不确定 性的相关设备进
行校准。

8.3 Handling of test and calibration equipment 对测试和校准设备的处理
The production line has to be equipped with measuring and testing equipment that allows a satisfactory quality con-
trol (control of output power, insulation test, control of process parameters). All equipment that is used for tests or
calibration has to be calibratedchecked on regular basis. There have to be set methods and cycles for calibra-
tioncheck-up. The equipment has to be documented in a way, that shows clearly the calibration status and its cycle.

生产线上必须配备 有测量和测试设备以保证产品质量(控制输出功率,绝缘性能测试,控制工艺参数)。说有这些用
于测试 或校准的设备必须定期校验和检查。必须有相关校准检查的周期和方法的相关规定。必须有设备的台帐或校准计划以指出设备的校准状态和周期。

For the processing, storing and back tracing of test and process data, these must be documented in an adequate
way. The recording of the data should allow a process monitoring which shows possible tendencies 为了可以对测试
