一、总体部分GENERAL PART
1、 船型及用途SHIPFORM AND PURPOSE
本船为钢质全焊接结构、单甲板、尾 机型、,单桨、单舵,由柴油机驱动螺旋桨推进的散货船,具有球
尾和球鼻首线型。设有首楼、尾楼、尾 部尾楼甲板以上设有四层甲板室。首部设有应急消防泵舱,货舱区
域设置双壳、双层底,机舱设置双层底 。本船设置四个货舱和3台克令吊(25t×25m)。
This ship shall be of all steel welded construction with one continuous deck, bulbous stern, bulbous bow, single
propeller, single rudder, forecastle, poop, and of stern-engined type. This ship is to be a bulk carrier, propelled by
one main propulsion diesel engine, coupled to a fixed pitch propeller through reduction gearbox. Four-storied
deckhouse arranged above poop deck at aft, emergency fire pump room arranged at fore, double hull and double
bottom for cargo hold area, double bottom for ER. There are four cargo holds and three cranes in total (25t x 25m).
货舱内可装载煤碳、矿砂及其它散货、谷物等杂货(A、B、C类)的经济型散货船。

9、稳性和干舷STABILITY AND FREEBOARD
本船在任何装载状况下的稳性衡准应满足“BV”规范”、“IMO”规则”对远洋航区散货船的稳性要求。
The vessel’s stability criterion complies with requirements of BV and IMO for ocean-going bulk carrier under
any loading condition.
本船运输的货物必须左、右严格平衡,不得有横倾现象存在。固体散装货物必须严格平舱,一直平整到
货 舱四周舱壁,如果对稳性还有严重影响,则再加压包和挡板措施。
Cargo carried by the vessel should be stacked properly to avoid listing and keep the vessel in good balanced
condition. Solid bulk cargo must be strictly trimmed until to ambient bulkhead. If not enough, then heavy cargo
package and baffler shall be supplied.
本船干舷满足“BV”规范”、“IMO”规则”。
The vessel’s freeboard complies with requirements of IMO and BV rules
计算最小干舷为 mm,而本船实取干舷值为3818mm,夏季吃水为10.40m。

10、定员COMPLEMENT
本船定员25人。均设置为单人间。其中高级船员室4间。

11、总布置概况OUTLINE OF GENERAL ARRANGEMENT
本船主体设七道水密横舱壁由尾至首分为:尾尖舱、机舱、第四货舱 、第三货舱、第二货舱、第一货舱、
应急消防泵舱、首尖舱。其中尾尖舱内设淡水舱、压载水舱、舵机舱 。机舱分为上、中、下三层及内底,
内底设有主机循环油舱、污水舱、双层底上设有污油舱、废柴油舱; 机舱7.1m平台甲板至上甲板设有第二
燃料油舱、第一柴油舱、油渣舱及机舱监视室等;机舱10.9 5m平台甲板至上甲板设有滑油储存柜、日用油
柜、分油机室等。
货舱双层底及边舱 均为压载水舱;其中第四货舱的后端(#35~#40)内底上设有第一燃料油舱,燃料油
舱兼溢流舱, 边舱及货舱之间的上半部(二甲板至上甲板)均为空舱。首部设有应急消防泵舱,首尖舱为
压载舱。首楼 为泵舱、仓库及储物舱等。首楼甲板设有前桅、起锚及系泊设备;尾楼甲板上设有系泊设备
及四层甲板室 。
The vessel is to be divided under main deck by seven watertight bulkheads as shown on General Arrangement
into the following principal compartments: aft peak, ER, No.4 cargo hold, No.3 cargo hold, No.2 cargo hold, No.1
cargo hold, emergency fire pump room, fore peak. The aft peak tank is to be subdivided into freshwater tank,
ballast tank, steering gear room. ER is to be divided into lower, middle and upper parts and fitted with inner
bottom, inner bottom to be arranged with ME circulating oil tank, bilge water tank, double bottom arranged with
dirty oil tank, waste diesel oil tank. No.2 fuel oil tank, No.1 diesel oil tank, oil sludge tank and ER monitoring
room etc. are to be arranged from ER 7.1platf. deck to upper deck. Lub oil storage tank, oil service tank and oil
separator room etc. to be arranged from ER 10.95platf. deck to upper deck.
Double bottom and side tank both to be used as ballast tanks. No.1 fuel oil tank, fuel oil & overflow tank to be


fitted on inner bottom of aft part (#35~#40) of No.4 cargo hold. Side tank and upper part between cargo holds
(tween deck to upper deck) to be void space. Emergency fire pump room locates at fore part, fore peak to be used
as ballast tank. Forecastle is to be used as pump room, warehouse and store etc. Forecastle deck fitted with
foremast, anchoring & mooring equipment, poop deck fitted with mooring equipment and four-storied deckhouse.

尾楼内设有机舱 棚、空调机室、二氧化碳室、厕所、更衣室、洗衣间、蔬菜库、粮食及干货库、冷冻机
室、储藏室、2间 船员室、医务室、通道、上下扶梯等。
The followings are to be fitted inside poop: engine casing, AC room, CO2 room, W.C. change room, laundry,
vegetable store, provisions & dry food room, freezer room, store, two crew cabins, hospital, passage, stairs, etc.
尾楼甲板上设有厨房、船员餐厅及高级船员餐厅,应急发电机室、4间船员室、甲板 办公室及轮机办公
室。
The followings are to be fitted on poop deck: galley, crew’s mess, officers’ mess, emergency generator room,
four crew cabins, deck office and machinery office.
居住甲板设有11间船员室、储藏室,船舷放置救生筏、救助艇及吊机、绳梯等。
Acc. deck to be fitted with eleven crew cabins, store. Liferaft, rescue boat, lift and rope ladder are all to be
located at side.
船长甲板设有8 间单人船员室、储藏室等。其中4间为高级船员室,即船长室、轮机长室、大付室、大
管轮室。
Captain deck is to be fitted with eight single-berth room, store and so on, four of which to be senior officer
rooms, that is, captain room, chief engineer room, first mate room, and first engineer room.
驾驶甲板设有驾驶室、厕所等,室内设有报务台、海图桌、驾控台等。
Wheelhouse deck is to be fitted with wheelhouse, W.C. and so on, radio station, chart table and bridge console,
etc. to be located inside.
罗经甲板设有信号桅、雷达、闪光灯、探照灯等。
Compass deck is to be fitted with signal mast, radar, flashlight and searchlight, etc.
二、船体结构部分HULL STRUCTURE MODEL


1、 概述GENERAL
1.1 船体结构形式HULL STRUCTURE FORM
本船结构形式为混合骨架式,货舱部 分的双层底及边舱的甲板、舷侧等均为纵骨架式,货舱之间部位的
甲板条为横骨架式;其它部位的船底、 甲板、舷侧及甲板室、上层建筑均为横骨架式。
This vessel is to adopt combined framing type, double bottom in cargo hold area together with deck and
broadside of side tank to be of longitudinal framing, area between cargo holds to be of transverse framing. Bottom,
deck, broadside in other area as well as deckhouse and superstructure to be of transverse framing.
1.2 船体强度HULL STRENGTH
本船结构设计满足法国BV船级社“钢质船舶入级规范” (2005年)
、散货船共同结构规范(2006规范)的有关要求。结构吃水为10.40m。
The vessel is designed to satisfy relevant requirements of Rules for Classification of Steel Ships of BV (2005),
Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers(2006). Scantling draft is 10.40m.
1.3 船体和上层建筑材料MATERIALS FOR HULL AND SUPERSTRUCTURE
本船主要建造材料选用BV“A”级钢。屈服点大于或等于265Nmm2,采用高强度钢。
Main materials used for the vessel to be BV “A” grade steel with yield point more than or equal to 265Nmm2,
high strength steel to be adopted.
铸钢件满足规范中“船体结构用铸钢件”的有关要求。
Casting steel to be meet the requirement of “Casting Steel for Hull Structure”.
1.4 船体结构的焊接WELDING FOR HULL STRUCTURE
本船钢结构为全电焊结构,且最大范围内采用自动焊。
Steel construction of the vessel to be of full electric welding form, furthermore, automatic welding should be
used as much as possible.
船体焊接材料为船级社认可材料,船体接头采用适当的焊接材料和工艺。
Welding material for hull shall be approved by BV, appropriate welding material and workmanship to be used
for block connection.
采用X探伤或超声波检查焊缝质量。
X-ray detection or ultrasonic inspection to be supplied to check quality of welding seam..
2、 船底BOTTOM
2.1 机舱双层底ER DOUBLE BOTTOM
机舱为双层底,高度为1700mm,每档设置实肋板,双层底结构上的开口尺寸满足“规范”要求。
ER to be fitted with double bottom with height of 1600mm, every frame to be fitted with solid floor, openings
on double bottom to satisfy requirements of regulations.
所有舱内设置足够数量的人孔以便出入,船底和纵、横结构设置足够数量的尺寸的流水孔和透气孔。
All compartments shall be arranged with sufficient number of manholes to facility access to these areas,
sufficient number of drain holes and air holes with appropriate size in area of bottom, transverse and longitudinal
structures are required.
机舱内共设置二个海水阀箱,板厚及结构形式满足“规范”要求。
Total of two sea chests are required in ER with plate thickness and structure form satisfied with requirements
of regulations,
主机座结构的刚度和强度满足“规范”要求,并按照主机厂推荐的形式进行设计。
The rigid and strength of ME seatings are to meet requirements of rules and to be designed according to
recommendation of ME manufacturer.
2.2 货舱双层底DOUBLE BOTTOM OF CARGO HOLD
货舱双层底:高度为1350mm。


Double bottom of cargo hold: 1350mm in height.
货舱内底板取17mm。
Inner bottom plate of cargo hold: 17mm.
肋板和旁桁材的开口满足船级社要求。
Openings for floor and side girder are to meet requirements of BV.
所有双层底舱为水密和油密,按规范要求进行水压或气密试验。
All double bottom tanks are to be watertight and oiltight, and water tested and air tested according to BV
requirements
3、 舱壁BULKHEAD
全船#10、#35、#73、#111、#149、#187、#1 94设置了水密横舱壁(货舱为槽型舱壁),在尾轴处作局部
加强。横舱壁伸至上甲板,舱壁上设置垂直 扶强材。
Transverse watertight bulkheads are to be fitted at Fr. No.10, 35, 73, 111, 149, 187 and 194 (cargo hold with
corrugated bulkhead), and to be locally strengthened in way of propeller shaft. Transverse bulkheads to be
extended until upper deck, with vertical stiffener fitted on bulkheads.
4、 舷侧BROADSIDE
4.1舷侧骨架SIDE FRAMING
货舱位置舷侧设置强框架,间隔最大为3档肋距。
Web frames to be fitted at side cargo hold, with 3 frame spaces at most.
机舱位置设置强肋骨,间隔最大为5档肋距。
Web frames to be fitted in way of ER with 5 frame spaces at most.
锚链筒及艉轴出口处增加外板厚度或加复板。
Shell plate to be thickened or double plate to be added for hawse pipe and exit of propeller shaft.
4.2 舷墙BULWARK
在首楼、尾楼甲板设置舷墙,舷墙高1100mm,每两档肋距 设舷墙肘板。排水舷口的设置满足“规范”要
求。在设置导缆孔处舷墙板增加板厚和加强筋。
Bulwark to be fitted at forecastle & poop decks with height of 1100mm, and bracket fitted at each two spaces.
Freeing ports shall be fitted according to requirements of rules. Bulwark plate to be thickened and stiffener to be
added in way of mooring hole.

6、 甲板DECK
6.1上甲板UPPER DECK
上甲板延伸至整个船长,甲板梁拱为折角型.。
The upper deck shall be extended to the whole length of vessel with deck camber of knuckled type.
6.2 机舱平台ENGINE PLATFORM
机舱平台结构已考虑固定机器和设备所需的强度。
Structure of engine platform has considered the strength for fixing machinery and equipment.
6.3支柱PILLAR
在货舱内考虑装卸货方便不设支柱。
For convenience of cargo handling, no pillars provided.
机舱设置“管”型支柱。
Pillars in ER shall be of tube type.
7、 尾部AFT END
7.1 尾柱STERN FRAME
尾柱由钢板焊接和尾轴管相连接。
Stern frame shall be welded by steel plates and connected to stern tube.
7.2 尾部结构AFT END STRUCTURE
尾柱、尾轴管由桁材、肋板、平台及舱壁支持和加强。
Stern frame and stern tube shall be supported and stiffened by girder, floor, platform and bulkhead.
8、 首部FORE END
8.1 首柱STEM
首柱下部为球鼻首,上部为倾斜首柱,由桁材和板组成。
Lower part of stem to be of bulbous bow, upper part to be of raked type and consists of girder and plate.
8.2 首部结构FORE END STRUCTURE
首部结构由肋板、平台、强肋骨、肋骨、舷侧纵桁、纵壁组成。
Fore end structure comprises of floor, platform, web frame, frame, side stringer and longitudinal bulkhead.
9、 上层建筑SUPERSTRUCTURE
9.1 尾楼POOP
尾楼设在尾~#35,其中#5~#35为居住区域,#5向后为系泊区域,甲板无脊弧,设抛物线梁拱。
Poop shall be located at stern~ #35, #5~#35 to be acc. area, #5~stern to be mooring area. No sheer considered,
parabolic camber to be provided.


9.2 首楼FORECASTLE
首楼设在#186~首,首楼有脊弧,甲板设抛物线梁拱为150mm。
Forecastle to be fitted at #186~stem, forecastle fitted with sheer, deck parabolic camber to be of 150mm.
首楼甲板在锚机、带缆桩及锚链筒、前桅等处结构作相应加强。
Forecastle deck shall be strengthened correspondingly in way of windlass, bollards, hawse pipe and foremast.
10、甲板室和烟囱DECKHOUSE AND FUNNEL
尾楼甲板上设有四层甲板室及机舱烟囱,甲板室由纵桁和强横梁及扶强材加强。
烟囱结构设有垂直扶强材加强。甲板设抛物线梁拱为150mm。
Poop deck to be arranged with four-storied deckhouse and funnel, deckhouse shall be strengthened by girder,
web beam and stiffener, and funnel strengthened by vertical stiffener. Deck parabolic camber to be of 150mm.
三、舾装设备部分OUTFITTINGS
1、 主要设备MAIN EQUIPMENT
1.1 货舱盖HATCH COVER
上甲板设四个货舱口,舱口围壁净尺寸为:
Four hatch covers to be fitted on upper deck, net size of which to be as follows:
长 × 宽 19.5m×16m
上甲板货舱盖为液压铰链式钢质风雨密货舱盖。舱口围板侧板高度约为1900mm。本船舱口 盖设计满足
法国BV船级社“钢质船舶入级规范” (2005年)要求。
Upper deck hatch covers to be of hydraulic hinged steel weathertight type, side coaming of hatch cover to be
1900mm in height. Hatch covers to be designed according to requirements of BV rules (2005).
2.2 人孔、小舱口MANHOLE, SMALL HATCH
货舱内设置钢质埋入式人孔盖(CBT19-2001-C1型),螺丝为不锈钢材料。其余液 舱设置船用人孔盖
(CBT19-2001-B型),规格均为600×400。
Steel flush type manhole covers (CBT19-2001-C1 type) are to be fitted in cargo holds with stainless steel
screws. Other tanks to be fitted with marine manhole covers (CBT19-2001-B type), both spec to be of 600×400.
2.3 小舱口SMALL HATCHES
小舱口的布置如下:

① 前桅FOREMAST
前桅设于#189肋位,桅上安装前桅灯和首锚灯。

信号桅设于罗经甲板上#26肋位,桅上安装有航行灯、信号横杆、天线装置、雷达、测向仪、汽笛等。

hereinafter called “SOLAS” for short).
4.1 救生艇和吊艇架LIFEBOAT & BOAT DAVIT
船长甲板设置一艘船尾自由降落式玻璃钢25人全封闭救生艇,居住甲板上右舷设有机动救助艇1艘。
One free fall totally enclosed GRP lifeboat for 25 persons to be located in captain deck, one motor rescue boat
at starboard of accommodation deck.
4.2 救生筏LIFE RAFT
居住甲板上左、右舷各设有一只15人、10人抛投式气胀救生筏、救生筏架及静水压力释放器。
Two throwing type inflatable life rafts to be located on accommodation deck (15- person for PS, 10-person for
SB), each together with raft rack and hydrostatic releaser.
首楼甲板上设有一只6人气胀救生筏及救生筏架及静水压力释放器。

4.3其它救生设备OTHER LIFESAVING APPLIANCES
(a)、本船共配置10只救生圈,其中有两只带有30m长的救生索,有5只带有自亮浮灯(其中2只有自亮浮灯和自发烟雾信号)。

8、 扶梯LADDERS
①、舷梯BULWARK LADDER
舷梯如布置图所示,在上甲板左、右舷(#48~# 65肋位处)各布置舷梯1部,舷梯为自收藏式,舷梯宽
为600mm,斜度为55度整体式。
As shown on General Arrangement, each side of upper deck to be arranged with one self- contraction bulwark
ladder, 600mm in width, 55ºin slope, integral type.
②、甲板扶梯DECK STAIRS LADDERS
露天甲板安装的钢质斜梯如“全船栏杆、扶手、扶梯布置图”所示,扶梯宽度为700mm,斜度均为55度。
Steel inclined ladder fitted on open deck are as shown on Ship’s Rail, Handrail, Ladder Arrangement, 700mm in
width, 55ºin slope.
③、其它OTHERS
直梯梯宽均为400 mm,液体舱内人孔盖处均设置方钢踏步。

9、 栏杆、栏杆柱RAIL, STANCHION
①、如栏杆布置图所示设置3列式栏杆和栏杆柱。
As shown on Rail Arrangement, three-line type rail and stanchion to be provided.
栏杆柱用65mm×20mm扁钢制 成,上缘栏杆为直径Ф42.25X4mm的钢管,中部栏杆为直径Ф20mm的圆
钢,上缘栏杆高度为 1000mm,具体尺寸如“全船栏杆、扶手、扶梯布置图”所示。
Stanchions to be made of 65mm×20mm flat bar, the upper line to be steel tube of Ф42.25X4mm, the other two
are to be of Ф20mm round bar, height of the upper one is 1000mm shown as Ship’s Rail, Handrail, Ladder

②、风暴扶手STORM RAIL
镀锌钢管扶手视需要安装在室外舱壁上,室内走廊视需要设置并包覆塑料扶手。
Zinc- coating steel tube handrail to be fitted on outdoor bulkhead as necessary. Rails with plastic covering to be
provided for indoor passage if required.

船名、船籍港标识为钢板割制,并焊到船壳上。在罗经甲板的两侧设置船名牌。
Marks of shipname & port of registry to be made of steel plate and welded to hull, shipname board to be located
on both sides of compass deck.
②、吃水标记、干舷标记等DRAFT MARK & FREEBOARD MARK, ETC.
船舶的艏、舯、艉的两侧分别设置钢板焊接吃水标记,并涂以油漆。

阿拉伯数字用钢板制成,这些标记从龙骨以上适当高度起到营运吃水线的最大值结束。

(2)甲板机械的工作状况WORKING CONDITION OF DECK MACHINERY
①、舵机STEERING GEAR
舵机可由2台液压泵中的任一台驱动,另一台备用,泵装置为电动驱动的变量液压泵 或定行程液压泵(按
舵机制造商标准)。
Steering gear may be driven by either of the two hydraulic pumps, the other for spare. Pump unit to be electric
driven variable type or fixed stroke type (according to standard of steering gear maker).
当船舶以最大服务航速向前航行时,舵机使用一台泵在28秒钟内能使舵从任一侧30º处转到 另一侧35º
处。
One pump can support the rudder to steer from 30ºat either side to 35ºat another side within 28s at max. service
speed.
②、锚机WINDLASS
首楼甲板上设置2台液压起锚系泊组合锚机,各 有1个链轮、1个副卷筒和1根控制杆。每一链轮都有
一个锁紧离合器和一个手闸。
Forecastle deck to be arranged with two sets of hydraulic anchor windlass mooring winch combination, each
with one chain wheel, one warping head and one control rod. Each chain wheel has one locking clutch and one
hand brake.

尾楼甲板以上甲板的舱室和公共舱室安装侧开式矩形窗。

同防火等级的门,带有门锁、拉手和铰链。
Doors on passage wall to acc. room, public space, bathroom, W.C. and store with fire insulation, to be of
framed type and different fire rating. Door lock, handle and hinge are provided.
除规范要求 外,居住舱室、公共舱室和其它房间的门,设通风栅。尾楼前壁、首楼后端壁安装A型钢质
风雨密门。
Doors of acc. room, public space and other cabins are to be fitted with ventilation grating except rules
requirement. Fore wall of poop and aft wall of forecastle to be fitted with A type steel weathertight doors.
厨房钢围壁上所安装的门为钢框架式防火门,各层通向露天甲板处均安装钢质风雨密门。
Doors on steel walls of galley to be of steel framed fire type. Steel weathertight doors to be fitted for access
from each layer to open deck.
主甲板机舱棚围壁和梯道环围等处安装的门为带闭门器的防火门。

驾驶室安装铝质移门,上面安装透明玻璃。

每一淋浴处,则应设有浴帘或淋浴房。

粮食及干货存放于粮食干货舱库及厨房组合货柜(架)内。

首楼舱库: 设置索具钢质搁架、灯钩和油罐。

16、主要舱室内舾装OUTFITTING IN MAJOR ROOMS
16.1通则GENERAL
所有居住处所,如住舱、公共处所、厕所、走道、餐厅、储藏室 等,应按总图所示布置。除在卫生单元内
的净高度为1950mm(地板上与天花板下之间的高度),居 住处所的高度约在2050mm。
All accommodation area like living room, public space, W.C. passage, mess, store, etc. to be arranged according
to General Arrangement. Clear height inside sanitary unit to be 1950mm (distance between floor and ceiling),
height of accommodation to be about 2050mm.
16.2 舱壁内衬和天花板WALL LINING & CEILING
所有嵌板、内衬和天花板应按照SOLAS结构防火要求,所有嵌板、内衬和天花板外部贴面颜 色应由船
东认可。所有木作舱壁底部设踢脚线。
All lining and ceiling to be provided according to fire requirement of SOLAS, surface color of all board shall be
approved by the owner. All wooden lining to be with skirting.
16.3 舱室壁板材料MATERIAL OF WALL LINING
居住舱室壁板采用表面贴塑 厚度为30的复合岩棉板;厨房和配餐间采用表面覆不锈钢厚度为25的复合
岩棉板。独立围壁采用表面 贴塑50mm的复合岩棉板。
Wall lining of accommodation room to be of compound rock wool plate with plastic covering of 30 thickness,
galley and pantry to adopt compound rock wool plate with stainless steel sheet of 25 thickness. Independent casing

17、通风VENTILATION
货舱均设置机械和自然通风。


For all cargo holds, mechanical & natural ventilation shall be provided.
二氧化碳室、机舱、空调机室、应急发电机室、舱底管弄均设置机械通风。
CO2 room, ER, AC room, emergency generator room and bilge pipe tunnel are to be provided with
mechanical ventilation.
厨房设有厨房抽风机。
Galley is to be provided with exhaust fan.
舵机舱、机舱内电工间及备件间、首楼水手长舱库等均设有自然通风。
Steering gear compartment, electrician room and spare parts room in ER, boatswain store are to be provided
with natural ventilation.
应急消防泵室、蓄电池室设置自然通风。
Emergency fire pump room and battery room are to be provided with natural ventilation.
医务室、厕所、盥洗室、油漆间设置机械通风。
Hospital, W.C. washroom and paint room are to be provided with mechanical ventilation.
18、空调 AIR CONDITIONING
居住处所、驾驶室、办公室、餐厅、机舱配 电板室等配冷暖空调,采用中央空调;医务室设置分体挂壁
式空调。
Accommodation space, wheelhouse, offices, mess and ER switchboard room are to be fitted with central air
conditioning system. Hospital is to fitted with wall-suspended type air conditioner.
19、油漆、防火分隔、木作、绝缘敷料、阴极保护
PAINTING, FIRE DIVISION, CARPENTRY, INSULATION COVERING, CATHODIC PROTECTION
19.1油漆PAINTING
油漆类型和干膜厚度应符合油漆明细表的要求,船厂应尽可能使用喷漆方法。
Type of paint and dry film thickness achieved are to comply with requirements of Painting Specification, airless
spray application shall be used by shipyard as much as possible.
船 厂应避免在雨天天气进行涂漆作业。油漆涂刷时环境温度和空气的相对湿度应按照油漆制造厂商对有
关油 漆的要求及规定进行施工。
Shipyard shall avoid applying paint on rainy days. Environmental temperature and relative air humidity for
painting shall comply with related regulations of paint manufacturer.
所有器具与喷漆处相近的表面、玻璃窗、标签牌、橡皮垫、梯板 、甲板面层等在进行喷漆工作时均须仔
细保护,飞溅到的油漆污点均须清涂干净。
All surfaces near painting area, such as surfaces of glass windows, name plates, rubber mats, ladders and decks
shall be protected against paint spraying. Stained areas shall be cleaned immediately after completion of painting.
所有电气设备在喷漆时均须保护,以防飞溅到油漆,另外,无线电设备和其他精密仪器在其邻近油漆时,
应采用能防止树脂气体侵蚀的材料密封地罩起来。
All electric equipments shall be protected against paint spraying during applying paint. Radio equipment and
precision instruments shall be protected against corrosion of gas of epoxy resin paint with special coverings.

Wooden surfaces are to be calked, sanded smooth and colored before receiving the final coat of the paint.
除有特别说明外,镀锌、镀铬的钢质部件、铜、铝、不锈钢、塑料、玻璃、橡胶等均不予以油漆。
Unless otherwise specified, surfaces of steelworks with zinc plating or chrome plating, copper, aluminium,
stainless steel, plastic, glass and rubber shall not be painted.
19.2 钢材表面的预处理SURFACE PRETREATMENT
钢材在油漆涂刷前必须经清洁 处理,经过抛丸除锈,然后使用盘式砂轮或钢丝刷磨作第二次处理,电镀
的钢材表面应先经酸洗处理。


Steel shall be grit blasted and primed with shop primer. After erection all damaged and heat affected zones are
to be cleaned by hand disc grinder or steel brush as second preparation. Galvanized steel surface is to be treated
with acid first.
19.3 钢材表面的第一次处理FIRST SURFACE PREPARATION
①、对船体结构HULL STRUCTURE
6.0mm及以上厚度的作为船体构件的钢板 应在油漆涂刷前作抛丸处理,小肘板、短纵梁等组合钢材不必
抛丸除锈,但应经打磨处理。
Steel plates for hull structure with thickness equal to or over 6.0mm are to be grit blasted before applying paint.
Fabricated parts such as short girders and small brackets are not to be grit blasted, but to be cleaned by grinder.
②、对舾装件OUTFITTINGS
6.0mm以及以上厚度的用于制造桅杆、舱口盖和主要设备底座的钢板应作抛丸处理。
Steel plates with thickness equal to or over 6.0mm for fabrication of mast, hatchcovers and foundations of main
equipment are to be grit blasted before applying paint.
其他用于设备安装和管子的钢板和型材在油漆之前不必抛丸除锈,但应经打磨或酸洗处理。
Steel plates and sectional bars for fitting equipment or pipes are not to be grit blasted before painting, but to be
cleaned by grinding or treated with acid.
19.4 钢材表面的第二次处理SECOND SURFACE PREPARATION
用于船体构 件和舾装件的组合钢材应使用钢丝刷或盘式砂轮机打磨。舾装件、小肘板、短纵梁等未经抛
丸除锈的板材 和型材在涂油漆之前应经打磨处理。
Fabricated parts for hull structure and outfittings are to be cleaned by grinding or steel brush. Outfittings, small
brackets, short girders, etc. which are not grit blasted, shall be cleaned by grinding or steel brush before applying
paint.
锈蚀和 因电焊受热部位等造成车间底漆损坏的部位应经打磨处理,经第二次处理的钢材表面应达到S3
(GB8 923-88)。
All damaged and heat affected zones due to corrosion and electric welding are to be cleaned by grinding, steel
surface shall achieve S3(GB8923-88)after second preparation.
19.5 车间底漆SHOP PRIMER
底漆的类型应与涂覆的其他油漆相适应。
Type of shop primer is to be identical to other coats of paint applied after completion of the construction.
19.6 油漆涂层的修补REPAIR OF DAMAGED COAT OF PAINT
锈蚀和 用电焊受热等造成底漆损坏部位应打磨干净,这些部位不必再用底漆修补,但下一道油漆应在打
磨后立即 涂覆全部表面。
All damaged and heat affected zones due to corrosion and electric welding are to be cleaned by grinding. For
the above mentioned zones, no primer is to be applied, but the following coat of paint is to be applied immediately
after grinding.
已涂覆防锈漆,焦油环 氧的表面如果出现锈蚀,或因电焊受热等造成漆膜损坏的部位,必须用同样的油
漆修补。
The coats of anti-corrosive paint and epoxy paint damaged by corrosion or heat affection by welding are to be
repaired with the same kind of paint.
电镀表面出现的损坏表面应使用锌粉漆修补。
The damaged surface of galvanized parts are to be repaired with zinc paint.
油漆补刷按油漆明细表进行。
The repair of paint shall comply with Painting Specification.

国际航行海船法定检验技术规则(1999年)及 中华人民共和国海事局“船舶与海上设施法定检验规则”国际
航行海船法定检验技术规则(2004年修 改通报)要求对货船的要求。
Fire integrity of bulkheads and decks adjacent to fire separation is to comply with requirements of Statutory
Survey Regulations for Ships and Maritime Facilities and Statutory Survey Technical Regulations for International
Seagoing Ships issued by CCS of PR China (1999) as well as Statutory Survey Regulations for Ships and
Maritime Facilities and Statutory Survey Technical Regulations for International Seagoing Ships (2004
Amendments) issued by PR China Marine Bureau.
