DOE全因子试验在梗丝风送参数优化中的

摘
要:为研究梗丝风送参数对批次梗丝含水率均值和含水率标准偏差的影响,选择了梗丝
风送风机频率和风
送风门开度进行了DOE全因子试验,并通过回归分析对各因素影响情况进
行分析,利用相应优化对参数
进行了优化。结果表明,梗丝风送风机频率对批次梗丝含水率均
值和标偏均影响显著;风送风门开度对批
次梗丝含水率标偏影响显著而对均值影响不显著;结
合梗丝均值和含水率标偏的需要,优化后最佳参数为
风送风机频率36 Hz,风选风门开度1
格,并对其进行了验证。

Abstract:In order to
study the influence of air supply parameters on
the mean water content and
standard deviation
of water content of stalk in batches,DOE full
factor tests were carried out on the
frequency
and opening of air supply fan for stalk,and the
influence of each factor was analyzed by
regression analysis,and the parameters were
optimized by corresponding optimization. The
results
showed that the frequency of air
supply fan had a significant effect on the average
and standard
deviation of moisture content of
stalk in batches;the opening of air supply door
has a significant
effect on the standard
deviation of moisture content of stalk in
batches,but had no significant effect
on the
average value;combined with the need of the
average value and moisture content standard
deviation of stalk,the optimum parameters were
the frequency of air supply fan 36 Hz and the
opening of air separation door 1 grid,and
their validation is carried out.
