追述理想，展望未来 理想a dream 是人生的奋斗目标，是人们对未来的一种合理的想
象。列夫、托尔斯泰说过：理想是指路的明灯。没有理想，就没有坚定的方向，没有方向，
就没 有生活。的确，理想是我们每个人心中的一盏明灯，它可以为我们指出前进的方向。如
果没有理想，就没 有动力。因此我们每个人都需要有自己的理想。下面来谈谈我的理想：
记得在小学的时候，作文里经常写到我的理想是当一名老师。当时老师在我们心目中就
像神仙一样，高高在上，每天用粉笔在黑板上勾勒出不同的画面，他们有我们学不完的本领，
什么都难不 倒他们。随着年龄的增长和见识的增多，我开始明白教师是一种伟大而神圣的职
业，是塑造人类灵魂的工 程师。而且在我的生命中出现了另一个词眼——特殊教育。它是一
种对有特殊需要儿童的教育。这些儿童 由于本身的特殊性，对社会的适应存在很多障碍，他
们更需要得到教育，因此我更加确信我的理想是什么 ，而且责任重大！
当然有人会说，我现在从事的是幼教工作，可能与这个理想不符，其实不然，在现实中，
人们一般认为的 特殊儿童是指那些视力障碍，听力障碍、智力障碍和肢体残疾的儿童，但实
际上，那些超常儿童、精神障 碍儿童和学习障碍儿童也属于特殊儿童，需要特殊的照顾。现
在接触最多的是单亲家庭的孩子和学习障碍 的孩子，他们在心理上或多或少会跟其他幼儿存
在差距，这就需要我们老师给予特殊的关爱与教育。这对 于我们每个普通教育老师也是一项
责任。
当一名老师很容易，但当一名优秀的老师却具有挑战性。当前为了实现这一理想，我将
从以下几个方面去努力：一，研读幼教方面的理论知识，努力将特殊教育与之结合，真正将
理论知识与实 践相结合。
二、练习基本功，弥补技能方面的不足。三、与家长建立和谐互助的关系，实现家园共
育。
我想，有了理想，就有了生活的目标，才不至于虚度光阴。不过，有理想而不奋斗，也
