第一. 改进教学,提高教学质量的主要措施
1.
认真备课,抓住要点
一节课时间很短,而教学目的很多,要发展智力,培养能力,太多
的要求
会使学生眼花缭乱,昏头转向。因此,在备课时,要反复钻
研教材,查找资料,吃透教材,紧扣教材重点
和特点,分析教材选
择教学要求,精心组织和安排教学内容,通过听、说、写、演、唱
等多种教
学手段,使学生多种感官协同作用,在轻松、自然的气氛
中学习,保持旺盛的学习精力。

突出重点,讲练结合
根据小学生的年龄特点,学习语言必须讲练结合,通过大量实践和
反复操
练进行训练。这种训练活动在三年级起始阶段尤为重要,突
出。在实践教学中,为了提高学习的效果,节
约教学时间,必须坚
持抓住重点,精讲多练。精,不是为了节省时间而减少量,是要高
度地提炼
。针对不同程度的学生,难易不同的教学内容,有的放矢。
恰如其分地用形象、生动、精练、准确的语言
突出重点,指出难点,
说明实质。教师的主导作用应体现在:在教师指导下启
发学生思考,
使其有目的、主动自觉地操练。并且要用实物进行教导,一则贴近
生活,二则小学
生的注意力易被形象、具体、生动的事物所吸引,
推动了英语教学工作,学生兴趣大增,消除了有些学生
的厌学情绪,
提高了学习英语的参与意识。
3. 利用各种手段,激发学生兴趣
在
创设的英语环境中,通过听、说(唱)、读(看)、写(画)的操
作,表演、游戏、比赛等活动激发和保
持学生学习英语的兴趣。小
学生喜欢有新鲜感,做游戏假如样式每节课都一样,学生就会没意
思
。因此,教师做游戏时式样要不断改变,并且在做游戏时,要兼
顾课堂纪律。小学生活泼好动,课堂上做
游戏固然很喜欢,但他们
容易激动,激动起来就把课堂纪律望得一干二净。一旦纪律不好,
就会
影响下一步教学的进行。做游戏必须与纪律兼顾。
4. 营造英语的语言氛围
小学生英语首
先要让学生感知英语。课堂上,老师尽量多讲英语,
尽管初学者懂的英语不多,但学生可以根据老师的表
情、音调、语
速及动作的变化来推测揣摸老师的意思。黑板上的板书也尽量用英
语。这样让学生
完全置身于一个英语语言环境中,无论从视觉上或
是从听觉上接触的都是英语,给学生耳目一新的感觉。

让学生拿出准备好的本单元所学动物、水果等单词的图片,将图片随意选取9个,摆成每行
3个图片,共摆3行的形式。

游戏方法为:教师说出一个单词,学
生们就将听到的那个单词的图片翻过去(如果没有就等
到下一轮)。当翻过去的图片成一条线时(可以是
横线,竖线,斜线),学生大声说:BINGO 。
说BINGO 的同学可得到贴纸或红花。
(2)教师将 Find and draw 中的动物竖着排成一列,贴在黑板上。另请几个学生
个自拿一
种水果的图片贴在喜欢它的小动物旁边。最后,教师用:(The elephant)

教学设计、教案和课件的区别
一、教
学设计是根据教学对象和教学目标,确定合适的教学起
点与终点,将教学诸要素有序、优化地安排,形成
教学方案的
过程。它是一门运用系统方法科学解决教学问题的学问,它以
教学效果最优化为目的
,以解决教学问题为宗旨。具体而言,
教学设计具有以下特征。
1、 教学设计是把教学原
理转化为教学材料和教学活动的计划。
教学设计要遵循教学过程的基本规律,选择教学目标,以解决教什么的问题。
2、 教学设计是实现教学目标的计划性和决策性活动。教学设
计以计划
和布局安排的形式,对怎样才能达到教学目标进行创
造性的决策,以解决怎样教的问题
3、
教学设计是以系统方法为指导。教学设计把教学各要素看
成一个系统,分析教学问题和需求,确立解决的
程序纲要,使
教学效果最优化。
4、 教学设计是提高学习者获得知识、技能的效率和兴趣的
技
术过程。教学设计是教育技术的组成部分,它的功能在于运用
系统方法设计教学过程,使之成
为一种具有操作性的程序。
二、教案是教师的教学设计和设想 ,是一种创造性劳动。写一
份
优秀教案是设计者教育思想、智慧、动机、经验、个性和教
学艺术性的综合体现。我认为教师在写教案时
,应遵循以下原
则:
1、科学性
所谓符合科学性,就是教师要认真贯彻课标精神,按教材内在
规律,结合学 生实际来确定教学
目标、重点、难点。设计教学
过程,避免出现知识性错误。那种远离课标,脱离教材完整性、
系
统性,随心所欲另搞一套的写教案的做法是绝对不允许的。
一个好教案首先要依标合本,具有科学性。
2、创新性
教材是死的,不能随意更改。但教法是活的,课怎么上全凭教
师的智慧
和才干.尽管备课时要去学习大量的参考材料,充分
利用教学资源,听取名家的指点,吸取同行经验,但
课总还要
自己亲自去上,这就决定了教案要自己来写。教师备课也应该
经历一个相似的过程。从
课本内容变成胸中有案,再落到纸上,
形成书面教案,继而到课堂实际讲授,关键在于教师要能 ”学<
br>百家,树一宗”。在自己钻研教材的基础上,广泛地涉猎多种教
学参考资料,向有经验的老师请教
.而不要照搬照抄,要汲取
精华,取去糟粕,对别人的经验要经过一番思考——消化,吸
收,独
立思考,然后结合个人教学体会,巧妙构思,精心安排,
从而写出自己的教案。
3、差异性
由于每位教师的知识,经验,特长,个性是千差万别的。而教
学工作又是一项创造性的工作。因
此写教案也就不能千篇一律,
要发挥每一个老师的聪明才智和创造力,所以老师的教案要结
合本
地区的特点,因材施教。
4、艺术性
所谓教案的艺术性就是构思巧妙,能让学生在课堂
上不仅能学
到知识,而且得到艺术的欣赏和快乐的体验。教案要成为一篇
独具特色”课堂教学散
文”或者是课本剧。所以,开头,经过,
结尾,要层层递进,扣人心弦,达到立体教学效果。教师的说,
谈,问,讲等课堂语言要字斟句酌,该说的一个字不少说,不该说的一个字也不能说,要做到恰当的安排。
5、可操作性
教师在写教案时,一定
从实际出发,要充分考虑从实际需要出
发,要考虑教案的可行性和可操作性.该简就简,该繁就繁,要简繁得当。
6、考虑变化性
由于我们教学面对的是一个个活生生的有思维能力的
学生,又
由于每个人的思维能力不同,对问题的理解程度不同,常常会
提出不同的问题和看法,
教师又不可能事先都估计到。在这种
情况下,教学进程常常有可能离开教案所预想的情况,因此教
师不能死扣教案,把学生的思维的积极性压下去。要根据学生
的实际改变原先的教学计划和方法,满腔
热忱地启发学生的思
维,针对疑点积极引导。为达到此目的,教师在备课时,应充
分估计学生在
学习时可能提出的问题,确定好重点,难点,疑
点,和关键。学生能在什么地方出现问题,大都会出现什
么问
题,怎样引导,要考虑几种教学方案。出现打乱教案现象,也
不要紧张。要因势利导,耐心
细致地培养学生的进取精神。因
为事实上,一个单元或一节课的教学目标是在教学的一定过程
中
逐步完成的,一旦出现偏离教学目标或教学计划的现象也不
要紧张,这可以在整个教学进度中去调整。
三、课件(courseware)是根据教学大纲的要求,经过教学目标
确定,教学内容和任
务分析,教学活动结构及界面设计等环节,
而加以制作的课程软件。它与课程内容有着直接联系。
1、课件的长度
多媒体课件的内容可多可少、一个大的多媒体课件可以包括一
门完
整的课程内容,可运行几十课时;小的只运行10-30分钟,
也可能更少时间。
2、多媒体课件
所谓多媒体课件是根据教学大纲的要
求和教学的需要,经过严
格的教学设计,并以多种媒体的表现方式和超文本结构制作而
成的课程
软件。
3、常用制作方式
现在应用最广泛的多媒体课件形式是 PPT(用office
PowerPoint
制作的幻灯片),由于它编辑、播放,各种操作简单易学,而且
能够很
方便地找到资源,并且根据自己的需要进行改善和加工,
对技术的要求相对不高,并且多加钻研也可以有
反复多彩的效
果,能满足许多需要,因此广受欢迎。其他应用较广的还有
Flash 和
Authorware 以及几何画板(数学老师常用)等等
4、课件制作的几个原则
①教学性 课件的应用必须是能优化课堂教学结构,提高课堂
教学效率的。
②可操作性 课件的操作要尽量简便﹑灵活﹑可靠,便于教师
和学生控制,尽量避免复杂的键
盘操作,交互操作层次不应太
多。
③科学性 课件制作要符合科学性,不要出现知识性的错
误。
否则用课件还不如做实验,但课件永远不可以取代实验。
④简约性 课件的展示的画面
应符合学生的视觉心理。要突出
重点,同一画面对象不宜太多,避免对学生注意力产生干扰。
注
意动与静的对比,前景与背景对比,线条的粗细,字符的大
小,以保证学生都能充分感知对象。避免多余
动作、减少每屏
文字显示数量,尽量用配音替代叙述文字,过多的文字阅读容
易使人疲劳。
⑤艺术性
一个课件的展示不但要追求良好的教学效果,而且
应赏心悦目,使人获得美的享受,激发学生的兴趣。
⑥信息量 多媒体课的信息量自然比一般教学形式的信息量要
大,但不能太大,要适当地留有
时间、空间给学生思考、消化。
避免因信息量太大产生“电灌效应”。
⑦适度使用 “寸有所长,尺有所短”。要注意不同教学媒体的
有
机结合,优势互补,才能收到事半功倍的教学效果。例如:
数学的方程求解、物理的公式推导等,用多媒
体课件教学就不
一定比教师与学生一起边推导边板书效果好;化学实验教学用
多媒体课件有时就
不如实际演示实验更直观更有说服力;理论
问题、微观世界的活动、宏观世界的变化等,采用多媒体课件
则有其明显的优势。

教案是备课内容简要而有序的记录
,是支持教师上课的范本,简
单说,教案是教师备课的备忘录。新的课程改革环境中,如何撰写
教案,才能带动教师的积极性,发挥教案在常规教学中的应有的

首先,要打破传统教案
的固定、僵化模式,允许教案因人、因
课程、因教学内容而异,倡导书写个性化、创新性教案。同时要改变教案检查的传统理念和标准,重新界定教案的功能和地
