CREATING A COMPANY
IMAGE

A company image is an intangible item, but it‟s as important. Istablished company
images car be changed and shaped through planned, consistent marketing strategies;
consider these item when establishing or change our company image.
(1)Make sure our brochures, advertisements, product, packages and business cards
reflect our image.
(2)Combined our sales strategy and tactics with our company image.
(3)We should create a image that will do anything to please its customers, Make
sure our customer service policies are consistent with our desired imagine.
(4)Match the promotional events in which you participate to our image.
(5)Focus our publicity efforts on publications that match our image.
A good company image enhances public recognition and increased popularity will
translate into great trading volume and profits.

Interview

Finding the best possible people who can fit within our culture and contribute with
our organization is a challenge and an opportunity. These special features will help us
recruit and retain all the talents we need. Here are some tips for better selecting.
<1>Improve our candidate pool, use professional association web sites and magazines
to advertise for professional staff, the key to build our candidate pool before you need
it.
<2>Hire the sure people, we can‟t afford the time to train a possibly successful
candidate.
<3>Involve employees in the hiring process they can assist us to review resume and
qualificatio
n of potential candidates. They can help us interview people to assess their potential
“fit” within our company.
<4>Pay better than our competitor, we will get what we are willing to pay for in the
job market.

Work Eviroment

The way the workplace is designed has greater significance then we think it affect
heslth well being and work.
In swenden, sickness absence has been high among the working population,in
recent years .Research shows that psychosocial environmental fatctors have a great
influence on metal and physiological health,,and physiological health,andwe know
that job satisfaction probably plays on important part,physiologicaill health is the
most common cause of sickness absence among office workers. Companysshould
create appealing working environment, so that employees will look forward to coming
to work each day, And a business-casual professional environment enables employees
to be more productive



Reducing Overheads
Starting up a business is an expensive people don‟t realize the high
costs that often go into starting up a new business. Expenses like advertlising,
equipment and machinery,offices space, licensing and fees to make our company
business legal all add up ..sometimes turning out to be more money than expected The
following are some ways you can cut costs by reducing overheads;
<1>Hire the right number of people, if we have a seasonal business, consiner hiring
part-time or seasonal employers.
<2>Reduce training costs, employees afford their own training and certification by
offering perks to them,Such as additional vacation time.
<3>Rent equipment, By renting instead of buying your equipment.
<4>Call on friend,if you have friends in centain areas, don‟t hesitate to call on them
and see if he call help you.

Internal communication
Our company is committed to a strong internal communications culture and
practice,its board ranged of communication activities ,channels and media strive to
help employees manage and use corporate information we receive in our work and in
doing so,it can be fully engaged in the delivery of company strategy ,our company
promotes a culture where good communications practice is intergrated into every
interaction with and between employees and where shared vision and goals ,shared
knowledge ,openness,speed and integrity are paramount.
our company measures its performance in internal communications through the
companywide annual employee opinion survey as well as targeted surveys around
specific communication activities,there are three channels for communicating with
employees magazine,our company offers daily online news from around the
organization and internet.

Teamwork
The distinctions between a team and a work group are very important,because
the operating level of a group effects.
Fundamental factors that distinguish between work groups and real teams are the
presence or the absence of :
1 An incremental performance need or opportunity
2 Ture interdependence and real shared accountability
The best single criterion to use for determining whether a team or a work group is
the best choice for giving a given situation is this :is there a need to make a significant
difference in organizational performance?It is important to select the right kind of
group :either work group or team ,the decision whether to become a real team or a
work group should be made based on the advantages obtained versus the investment
required

Reducing production cost



Cost reduction is an important factor in importing the state of a business,It can
obviously result in higher profits and stronger are several methods
business leaders or managers use to reduce costs that be damaging to the health of
organization ,these include downsizing,reducing,customer service and cutting corners
in production of the biggest effects of downsizing to reduce costs is that
the good employees quickly leave the company for greener ,the company
is left with the dead wood employees ,who are supposed to do twice the work as
these days of changing technologies and methods,it is necessary to train our
workers to keep them up to date.
In conclusion,crude method to reduce costs,such as downsizing are not effective
can actually harm a business,helping our suppliers ,training your workers can help to
eliminate waste and improve the profits of our business
.

products and services
