As we know,health is the most important thing for a are many ways
to keep health,amongthem,what to eat is an important thing.
你现在还是学生就很注意身体健康的问题了,这在年轻人中是不多 见的.我的建议是,在膳食
方面坚持做到两句话,十个字:“一、二、三、四、五,红、黄、绿、白、黑 。”

“一”是每天喝一袋牛奶。
