学情分析
【学生基础分析】我们二中的学生相对于一中，实验高中的学生来说基础较差 ，普遍存在偏
科现象，尤其是英语，大部分学生连基本的音标和词汇都不会，简直可以说是零基础。不仅 如此，
大部分学生对学习英语的兴趣也不浓，因此缺乏学习的主动性和积极性。针对这种情况，就需要< br>老师因材施教，给不同层次的学生量身定做不同的教学方法和教学目标。
【学习情况分析】我所执教的班级是一个理科班 ，男生较多，英语偏科现象比较严重，女
同学 也不喜欢表达自己，针对这种情况，结合每个学生的情况就给学生制定了不同的目标和学习
计划，让成绩 好的学生能够突出出来，程度不好的学生先培养学习兴趣，自己能够主动找老师每
天问问题，背诵问题， 现在班级的英语学习气氛有所增加。
【学习难度分析】本节课语言知识点不多，但是词汇较多而且学生 对这一话题比较陌生，虽
然学生在阅读环节做的不错，但是还是输出困难。这就需要学生增加自己的阅历 ，加强阅读，最
终能够输出知识。
【学情整体分析】我校学生整体英语基础较差，能力较弱， 兴趣不浓，针对这样的学情，这
就需要老师重新调整教学内容及教学方法，设计符合学生能力的教学环节 ，提高学生学习兴趣，
逐步提高学生的英语综合运用能力。

Step1. Leading-in
Purpose: To arise the students interest .
Look at some pictures and lead into the topic.
Step2. Fast reading
Purpose: To get a brief understanding of the text.
Let the students skim the passage quickly and silently and find the main idea.

Step3. Careful-reading
Purpose: To develop the students’ reading ability and understand the difficult sentences
better

Module2 Traffic Jam评测练习效果分析
【评测内容】本堂课的评测练习主要分为两部分内容：语言基础知识运用和能力提升。
基础知 识部分主要测评本节课中的重点词汇(explore,convenient等)用法、短语（under
construction, be well worth doing等）的运用；能力提升部分主 要是根据课文内容达到学生对知识
的输出，能本着环保的目的写出自己的出行计划，为学生的写作打好基 础。
【评测目的】通过测试来检测学生对本节课知识的掌握程度，在掌握的基础上是否能够运
用，从而提升语言综合能力。
【评测标准】满分50分，其中基础知识30分，能力提升20分，时间 20分钟，检测及格
率，优秀率。
【评测方式】自习课上，全体同学进行测评，统一批改。
【评测结果】全班30人，80% 的学生基础知识得分在24分以上；能力提升部50%的学生
能达到优秀（16分以上），有5人结果低于12分。
【效果分析】从评测结果来看，大部分学生基 础知识部分掌握的较好，整节课较好的完成

了教学目标，但是写作方面完成得不是很理想 ，词汇比较贫乏，汉语式英语较多，这与学生已有
的基础有关，但是也说明学生不会学以致用。尤其是还 要加强说和写这些需要输出的环节。通过
这次测评让老师了解了学生在词汇和语法方面的不足，明确了今 后需要加强的方向，设计更有利
于学生综合能力培养的环节，优化课堂，提升能力。
【效果反 思】在课堂上，教师不仅要重视知识的传授，锻炼学生的动口动手动脑能力，而
且还要注重过程与方法， 让每一个学生都积极参与到教学中来，让学生享受知识生成的快乐，更
要有基本的情感态度和价值观的渗 透，培养学生的环保意识，这才是本节课教学的重点。

【课题】 Module2 Traffic Jam
【观课评价】观课教 师一致认为这节课符合新课标要求，目标达成路率较高的一堂课。本节课，
紧抓教学重点、难点，以形式 多样的活动突破，目标达成率很高，学生能学有所得。
【优点】第一：教学形式多样，很容易吸引学生 注意力，同时有练习了高考题型，新颖给人耳
目一新的感觉。
第二：教学设计精心，目标明确，立足于学情，层层递进，课堂内容不局限于教材。
第三：注重培养学生良好的阅读习惯和方法，掌握了一定的阅读技能。
第四：学生课堂参与度高，课堂效果明显。
第五：在整堂课中教师时刻关注学生学习情况，能 够真正做到自主学习，探究研习。
真正做到学生为主体，体现课标要求。
【不足】 第一：时间分配不太合理，有前松后紧的现象。
第二：板书内容有点少，不太条例。
第三：在课堂最后的讨论环节，学生的语言表达能力有限，对资源的利用还太少。
第四：学生抢答的方式虽调动了积极性，但是没有做到关注每一位学生，尤其是偏科
生，回答问题不是很 积极主动。
总的来说，这节课环节流畅，大部分学生动了起来，目标达成率高，提高了学生的环保
意识。
Module2 Traffic Jam课后反思
很少有机会讲这种公开课，说实话，心中 很是忐忑。3月10号录的课，9号晚上又把思路全
部换掉了，9号晚上忙到12点多，第二天的精神状 态不太好。课堂上学生的表现很不错，当时

就想以后一定要把这种课变成常态课，精心备 好每节课，让自己赶快成长起来。
本节课是新授课,文章介绍了六种交通工具，。说实话除了bus学 生对这其他几种交通工具都
不太熟悉,需要丰富起阅历，增长其他方面的知识，对这个话题能够有话可说 。本节课的生词较
多，我在课前的早自习和晚自习上先把重点单词和短语给学生处理好，让学生能达到背 写的程度。
这样就为阅读做好了准备，同时也能保证学生在课堂上能够有话可说。
这篇课文分为五个部分：每个部分都介绍了一种交通工具，首先让学生通过Fast reading
找到文章的main idea.然后我把文章分成了五个部分，在每一部分中都设计了 导入语，引导学
生进入话题。比如Part 4,是关于地铁的，学生对此比较陌生，文章中提到地铁站 名是用拼音标
注的，考虑到学生可能比较难理解这一点，我就找到一张相关图片，让学生一目了然。每一 部分
设计了不同的问题。通过这些环节让学生巩固基础知识的同时提升阅读能力。在学生获得了文章的细节之后，与高考题型相结合，我设计了一个summary ,让学生接触了高考题型。清明节就要
到了，在Group work部分，我让学生设计一个绿色出行计划， 要求学生学而会用。为了让学生
有话可说，我在多媒 体课件上给出了一些提示，，从而完成知识的输出，锻炼了他们的说和写的
能力，从而达到综合运用语言 的能力。
公开课后，我校参加听课的老师参加了这节课的评对我的课进行了评价，各位老师对课的点评
使我受益匪浅。我不仅学习了不少的教学经验以及教学方法，而且了解到了自己的不足。在整个
备课过程中，我一直在积极准备，想尽办法让学生能参与到课堂中。在整堂课中，教学形式多样，
吸引了 学生注意力，同时又练习了高考题型，新颖给人耳目一新的感觉。并且教学设计精心，目
标明确，立足于 学情，层层递进，课堂内容不局限于教材，大多数学生都能够参与到课堂中来，
但是也有一些不足：第一 ：时间分配不太合理，有前松后紧的现象。第二：板书内容有点少，不
太条例。第三：在课堂最后的讨论 环节，学生的语言表达能力有限，对资源的利用还太少。第四：
学生抢答的方式虽调动了积极性，但是没 有做到关注每一位学生，尤其是偏科生，回答问题不是

通过本节课，我深感到教 学永无止境，没有最好，只有更好。如果想要备好一节课，我们
要充分了解教材，了解学生，了解考纲， 了解高考题，俗话说：“台上一分钟，台下十年功。”在
整个教学过程中，我们要以学生为中心，鼓励他 们的创新精神，同时要尊重学生中的个体差异，
尽可能满足不同层次学生的学习需要，这样我们才能高效 的上好每节课。
