Step1. Lead in
1. Hello, everyone! Today we are going to talk about an interesting
topic---Health Eating. Before our beginning, please answer the following
simple questions.
Questions:
1. What’s your breakfast in the morning? (discuss with your partner)
2. Do you think it is a healthy diet? (discuss with your partner)
2. Invite some pairs of students to give us their ideas.
Step2. Show some pictures of delicious food
Classify food according to their functions and fill in the form.

and fiber for digestion

Step4. Show a process of preparing a balanced breakfast to students
1. Give them a big feast of breakfast
2. Ask them what feelings they are without having breakfast
3. Let them know the importance of having breakfast (discuss and show
them some common sense about it)
Step5. Show some information about the results of an unbalanced
diet
1. Show some pictures online about the results
2. Let students realize the importance of a balances diet by learning the
relative information
