何一个会议敢号称是国际会议,其会议工作语言一定
要用英语,也是联合
国的正式工作语言。我们看到,
很多官方的、政府性质的活动、文件、交流方式都使
用英语。人
们在日常生活中越来越多地听到、见到、
用到英语。学英语有利于同学们的成长,有助于提升
个
人的事业竞争力。

II.我们应该学习什么样的英语?
学英语是为了用。学英语不是死记硬背一大堆单
词和语法规则,更不是为了应付考试。中职英语应该
是实用的,应该是与同学们今后的生活和工作有密切
联系的。要为学而用,为今后的需要做准备。
III.怎样学好英语?
首先要有兴
趣。通过英语我们可以更好地了解外
部世界,广交朋友,交流感情。英语可以使我们的视
野更加
开阔,思维更加敏捷,生活更加多彩。
其次要有信心。不管原来有什么基础,都要确立
“英语
并不难,我能行”的信心。要不怕学英语,不怕
说英语,不怕出错误。有时间就练,持之以恒,定能成功。
再次要有方法。为“用”学英语,关键在于“用”。
要认清自己的学习目标,了解
自己已有的方法,不受
原来学习方法或失败经验的限制。中职英语学习要做
到“学以致用”。
