本单元的阅读部分的材料是关于美国最传统的节日——万圣节的
由
来及南瓜的重要性。课文第一部分是南瓜在美国的作用及象征意义，
第二部分讲述了万圣节的起源及由来
，第三部分是关于南瓜的用途及各
种吃法。我在教学中采用讲解和阅读及小组合作探究学习法，从而活跃
课堂气氛，让学生参与其中。也通过课文的学习让学生对美国传统文化
文化有更深的认识和理解
，以便扩充学生的知识面。
经过上一学期的英语职业模快的学习，学生已经掌握了教学基本的

思路，知道先预习词汇，查单词，能大致了解文章大意。但大部分学生
情
英语基础比较差，学习的自主性不强，英语词汇量不足。部分学生的基
分
础较好，能主动配合
老师，愿意开口讲。因此，一旦因材施教，设置他
们感兴趣的活动，就能让他们投入到课堂活动中来。

(一) 认知目标
1．词汇和语言点（见教学重点第2点）。
2． 充分理解课文大意并完成所给的任务。
3．用所学的词汇和语言点复述课文。
4．用所学的知识与伙伴进行交流、沟通，学会交际。
