冬春季节呼吸道传染病的预防
教学目的：通过教育，告诉学生 冬春季节为什么容易得呼吸道传
染病，以及怎样进行预防呼吸道的预防，并通过宣传让学生制定开窗通风的定时定人负责制，以减少呼吸道传染病的发生，加强学生的自
我保护能力。
教学重点：怎样进行预防呼吸道的预防
教学内容：
一、引发呼吸道传染病的原因：
致病病原微生物大多寄生在病人鼻咽部，当病人说话、打喷嚏时，
病菌、病毒会随着唾沫星子 跑到空气里。健康人吸入了空气中的病菌、
病毒，就可能得病。冬春季寒冷，人们在外边活动减少，多集 中在室
内，这更增加了传染机会。实验证明，在空气相对静止的室内，带有
病菌、病毒的飞沫， 大多数要在30-60分钟后才能从空气中消失。人
在屋子里呆的时间长，空气又不新鲜，自然容易感染 呼吸道传染病。
另外，寒冷的空气会使鼻黏膜的血管收缩，降低呼吸道的抵抗力，
这也是容易得病的一个原因。
二、如何有效预防呼吸道传染疾病
1、经常开窗通风，保持室内空气新鲜，这是最有效的方法。
2、咳嗽、打喷嚏时捂住口鼻， 防止污染空气；适当增加户外活
动，减少感染呼吸道传染病的机会。
3、要保持良好的健康状 态，如增强体质、注意营养、保证睡眠、
不吸烟、少饮酒，并注意保暖防止感冒，提高自身的免疫力。
4、要坚持体育锻炼和耐寒锻炼。
5、勤洗手，少到公共场所人群集中的娱乐场所等地活动如电影
院等地方。
6、每天服用大剂量维生素Ｃ，增强人体免疫力，不失为预防呼
吸道传染病的好办法。
7、冬天气候干燥，人体极易缺水，常喝白开水，不但能保证人
体的需要，还可起到利尿排毒、消除体 内废物的功效。
8、多吃“红色食品” 红色食品是指食品为红色、橙红色或棕红
色的食品， 如红辣椒、胡萝卜、南瓜、红苹果、红枣、柿子等，这些
食品的一个共同特点是含有丰富的β－胡萝卜素 ，可防治感冒。
9、鸡汤这被称作是天然的青霉素。
10、大蒜这种带有蒜味的小球，含有 一种叫做蒜缄的元素，可以
充当身体的清道夫。大蒜是很好的抗氧化剂，能破坏自由基，所以，
多吃些大蒜吧。

第三课 近视眼的预防


教学目的：1、让学生了解近视是怎样发生的？
2、如何有效如防近视。
教学重点：近视眼预防的措施
教学内容：
近视是学生中常见的眼病。根据多年来学生视力检查情况表明，
患近视的 学生逐年增多，尤其是市区中学生，患近视的巳达50%以上，
对升学、就业和国防建设都产生不良影响 。
一、近视是怎样发生的呢？引起学生近视的原因可以归纳为三个
方面：
1、遗传因素：目前认为中度以上特别是高度近视与遗传有关。
因此父母或家庭中患有近视的学生应作为 预防近视的对象。
2、外界因素：学生的近视主要是外界环境因素造成的，长时间
持 续的工作，学习负担过重，学校、家庭学习环境，条件不良都 可
促使近视的发生。学习环境中如光线较 暗、采光照明条件不良，課桌
椅不适合学生身材，书本、讲义字体过小，印刷不清都会造成眼调节
紧张。
3、其它：长期不良读书写字习惯，眼与书本距离过近、连续长
时间的看书 ，走路或乘车看书也都是促使学生近视发生和发展的主要
因素，此外，生长发育不良，体质虚弱，营养和 健康欠佳对近视发展
也有一定影响。
二、近视眼预防的措施：
1、合理安 排生活制度，积极参加体育活动，要保证每天有足够
的休息、睡眠和课外活动时间，防止用眼疲劳。 < br>2、注意用眼卫生，读书姿势要端正，连续近视作业一小时要休
息片刻，眼与书本距离要一尺，不 在光线过强过暗的地方看书写字，
不躺着或乘车走路时看书。
3、定期检查视力，发现视力不良应立即矫治，镜片度数不符应
从新配带眼睛。

一、保持正确读写姿势
1.读书写字身体要坐正，保持眼睛与书本距离为33-35厘米左右
（一尺）、胸前与桌子距离应约一拳、握笔的手指与笔尖距离应3厘
米左右（一寸）。
2.写字时执笔角度要合适，用铅笔、钢笔写字时笔杆与纸面的角
度在40-50度之间，用毛笔写字 时力求笔杆直立。
3.不歪头或躺着看书，不走路看书，不在晃动的车船上看书。
四、选择良好的用眼视觉环境
（一）读书写字视觉环境要求。
1．读书写字时要有 充足的光线，窗户光线及台灯灯光要从左前
方射来。不要在过亮、过暗的光线下读写（如太阳直射光线下 、傍晚
光线不足时）。
2．尽量不用铅芯过细的笔写作业，铅芯要软硬适中，作业用纸
要洁净，书写字体不要过小。
3．选择适宜的桌椅读书写字，书桌高度以到上腹部附近为宜。
（二）看电视的视觉环境要求。
1．看电视时，人与电视机应保持3米以上距离（或保持电视画
面对角线5倍以上距离）。
2．电视屏幕的高度应与看电视人的视线平行或稍低一些。
3．电视机要放在背光的地方。
4．电视的光亮度要合适，不能过亮或过暗。

是生殖系统的发育和变化，随着生殖器 官的发育成熟、第二性征的出
现和接踵而至的男生首次遗精、女生月经初潮，由此而引发青春期的
心理变化。
一是困惑感。由于生殖系统的发育，他们对遗精、月经及第二性
症的发育感到困 惑或难堪，羞于和异性在一起。与此同时，又喜欢与
异性交往，因此而出现焦虑、害怕、害羞和困惑等复 杂的心理变化。
二是独立与依附的矛盾心理。由于学校的教育环境和逐渐扩大的
社会交往，青 少年开始逐渐认识到自己在活动中所起的作用，开始独
立思考，用自己的眼睛去看世界，用自己的头脑去 思考外边的世界，

经济上，他们仍需要依靠父母，他们必须与父母住在一起，受家庭的
约束 。这种独立与依附的矛盾心理，常会使青少年的情绪不愉快，不
稳定，甚至形成亲子关系和师生关系紧张 。青少年学习压力大也容易
产生厌学情绪，或出现焦虑、抑郁等。
三是追求新奇。由于青少年 心理的发展尚未成熟，且对社会认识
能力不够强，经常在思考问题上表现出直观易感性。常常犯一叶障< br>目，不见森林的错误，对事物的本质没有清楚的认识，支配他们的
是事物的新奇性、趣味性等。
四是追求成熟感。由于对事物本质缺乏深刻了解，不易辨别分清
“自尊心”与“虚荣心”、“自 豪”与“自傲”、“羡慕”与“妒嫉”、

为了预防和治疗不同 的疾病，医学上把疾病分成两类：传染性疾
病和非传染性疾病。传染性疾病是由各种致病性的细菌、病毒 引起的，
能从一个人传给其他人的多发病，所以特别应该引起重视。
学校中传染病的发生 和流行，主要是患某种传染病的学生、教师、
教工和一些没有典型症状的健康带菌者传播的。
一、传染病的传播途径和方式：
由于传染病的病原体不同，传播的方式和传播的途径也不同。如：
疥疮是与患疥疮的人，皮肤与皮肤直接接触而传染的。呼吸道传染病
如：流行性感冒、流行性脑 膜炎、猩红热、腮腺炎等是主要通过空气
传播的，这些人的呼吸道黏膜上带有病菌式病毒，当饱嗝、咳嗽 、打
喷嚏不注意时就随着飞沫散布于空气中，抵抗力差的人吸入后就会得
病，而肠道传染病如： 肝炎、菌痢等都是通过水和食物传播的。另一
种虫媒传染病如：乙型脑炎等。
二、预防传染病在学校发生和流行的预防措施：
1．首先控制传染源、预防传染源进入学校，学校建立定期的健
康检查和晨间检查制度。
2．切断传播途径，注意环境卫生和个人卫生，为了防止呼吸道
传染病的传播，应加强开窗通风换气，室 内应采用温性扫除的方法。
3．提高易感者的特异性免疫力：除了合理安排生活、学习、注< br>意劳逸结合，合理营养和加强体育锻炼以及增强体质外，还应按时预
防接种。
传染病危 害人类健康，威胁生命安全，一旦学校发生流行性疾病
应及时控制并上报有关部门采取必须的措施。

第六课 预防贫血
教学目的：贫血在青少年中是比较常见，近几随着人民的生活水
平的提高， 贫血的患病率有所下降，但贫血所引起的危害也应引起大
家的重视，所以通过教学让学生有所了解。
教学重点：贫血所引起的危害
教学内容：
一、什么是贫血
贫血是指单位体积血液中红细胞或血红蛋白低于正常。贫血不仅
影响 小儿的生长发育，而且是一些感染性疾病的诱因。表现为皮肤，
粘膜苍白，尤其以口腔粘膜、结膜、甲床 （指甲处）等处最明显。长
期贫血可以出现疲倦无力，生长发育迟缓，营养低下，毛发干枯等。
然而，贫血只是一个症状，它可由以下原因引起：
红细胞生成减少：包括缺乏造血物质及造血功能不良 两种情况。
前者如缺铁性贫血、营养性巨幼红细胞性贫血等，常因饮食中缺乏生
成红细胞必需的 原料如铁、维生素B12、叶酸或蛋白质，亦可因慢性
感染性疾病致吸收不良，或者是有些小儿因生长过 快需要量增加所
致。造血功能不良常见的有再生障碍性贫血，如果正常的造血组织被
淋巴细胞、 白血病细胞等异常物质占据，亦可使造血功能低下，引起
贫血。
溶血性贫血：溶血可因红细胞 内在原因及外在原因两方面所致。
前者如红细胞膜缺陷所致的蚕豆病，血红蛋白异常所致的地中海贫84

血；后者如新生儿ABO溶血病，以及感染、灼伤、中毒，亦可破 坏红
细胞致溶血。
失血：又分急性失血和慢性失血两种。前者如出血性疾病、血友
病 、特发性血小板减少性紫癜等，或外伤出血如脾破裂等。慢性失血
常见于消化道溃疡、肛裂、钩虫病等， 每次失血量虽不多，但日积月
累，总量不少，亦可致贫血。临床观察表明，许多贫血患者，血红蛋
白低下是由于身体内某一造血原料不足引起的。只要根据不同类型的
贫血，补充相应的造血原料，贫血 就能纠正。而补充原料，大部分患
者只要注意饮食就能办到。
二、如何治疗治疗：
1、缺铁性贫血.需补充含铁丰富的食物。这类食物有：猪肝、牛
肝、鸡鸭肝、猪腰、猪肚、牛腰、牛肺 、牛肉汁、蛋黄粉、银鱼干、
黄鱼干、鱿鱼、海蛰、虾米与虾仁等荤菜；菠菜、油菜、荠菜、金针
菜、韭菜、芹菜、豆腐皮、豆腐干，以及桃、橘、枣等。以上食物以
猪肝、牛肝、鸡鸭肝最佳。
2、叶酸和维生素B12缺乏性贫血，应补充动物肝及肾、瘦肉、
绿叶蔬菜等。
3、 蛋白质供应不足引起的贫血，应补充瘦肉、鸡、鸭、牛羊肉，
以及豆类制品。需要说明的是，贫血患者的 胃肠功能一般处于低下状
态，补充食物时应逐渐增加，以免加重胃肠道负担，引起消化吸收不
良 。

1、急性软组织损伤的处理：包括皮肤擦伤、肌肉拉伤 和挫伤之
类损伤，受伤局部疼痛、肿胀、压痛和活动障碍等，是最常见的运动
损伤。分为开放性 软组织损伤和闭合性软组织损伤两种。伤后24~48
小时内的称急性软组织损伤的早期，此期的正确处 理，对损伤的愈合、
恢复起决定性的作用。
2、放性软组织损伤的处理：先清洗伤口然后再消 毒。对出血严
重者应先止血再处理，必要时要注射破伤风抗毒素。
3、闭合性软组织的损伤处理：先用冰袋敷在患处根据病情决定
是否拍照判断是否骨折。

中得到满足。
1、选择食物要多样化，提供充足营养素：食物里都含有人体所
需的营养成分，只是其营养成分的种类的 含量的不同，谷、畜、菜、
果等，不管哪一种食物长期不足或缺乏都会导致营养不良。
2、各营养成份比例要适当，使各营养素达到平衡：营养就是平
衡，各种营养成分的种类不同、功能不一 样，人体对它们的需求量也

不一样，要达到合理营养的目的， 就要求膳食中提供的营养素与人体
的营养素需要保持平衡。
3、一日的热能分配要合理：一日三餐能量合理分配的比例是早
餐30%、午餐40%、晚餐30%。
二、中学生在营养方面主要存在着以下问题：
1、不懂营养素 的真正作用。营养素具有外源性、微量性、调节性、
特异性和广泛性。即使是水，也是组成细胞和体液的 主要成分：帮助
循环等生理作用；保持和调节体温；润滑作用等。没有维生素和矿物
质，人只能 活10天!而中学生身体不适的原因，大多是由于维生素和
矿物质不足。缺少维生素和矿物质，不仅会导 致脚气病、贫血等。实
际上，许多原因不明的身体症状，如乏力、情绪急躁，皮肤粗糙等，
几乎 都是维生素和矿物质缺乏症的表现。
2、盲目的补充营养素。维生素分为水溶性卫生和脂溶性维生 素两类。
一些同学认为，这些维生素只得越多越好，其实：不然。脂溶性维生
素摄入过量反而会 中毒，存在着一些风险，而且会压迫神经系统和组
织，反而对生长不利。
3、挑食， 少食。其实，最佳的营养来源于天然瓜果菜。这不仅易吸
收，还能调节新陈代谢等。或许是学习压力太重 ，一些学生挑食，少
食，或吃一些填保肚子而不能补充营养的垃圾食品，使不能及时的供
给到营 养，而“输出，，＞“输出”、这种逆差不仅影响到身体发育，
还影响到智力发育，给成长期的青少年严 重的打击。
四、中学生营养不良的原因
1.“早餐被省略，午餐在流浪，晚餐太丰盛”的错误饮食习惯是
导致中学生营养不良的主要原因。 许 多学生认为早上时间太紧张，
来不及吃早餐或干脆不吃。由于大多数学生家长都是上班族。中午时
间较紧张，午餐也就简单化了。家长们往往觉得自己孩子中午已经马
虎了事，但又限于条件无力改变， 唯一能为孩子提供营养的只有晚上
了。因此，过度丰盛的晚餐、餐后水果、做作业时的小点、睡前喝牛< br>奶等等，都成为了诱发肥胖的原因。

2．不合理的饮食结构是导致青少年营养不良的另一重要原因。
随着生活水平的提高，学生中 挑食、厌食、偏食者日益增多，很
多学生都养成了喜欢吃零食，不爱吃主食的习惯，有的错误地认为水< br>果可代表蔬菜，每日蔬菜摄取量很少，导致学生中营养不良者增多。
青少年代谢旺盛，骨骼生长快 ，肌肉组织细胞娄量直线上升，要特别
注意钙、磷、和维生素A、D的供给。大量组织的形成需要铁，供 给
不足则可发生贫血特别是少女由于月经来潮，每次要损失一定量的
血，因此铁质的补充更为重 要。据张家港市对7-14岁学生贫血调查

显示，该市学生贫 血率为16.1%。此外，随着甲状腺机能加强需要更
多的碘；体格发育和性器官的逐渐成熟都需要锌； 维持正常代谢和生
长，离不开充足维生素的供给。有些中学生有偏食和择食的习惯，喜
欢吃这种 ，不喜欢吃那种，或只吃几种食物，其他的一概不吃，尤其
是蔬菜，微量元素缺乏，这样就会造成营养上 的不平衡。以上不良习
惯尤以女生较为突出，女生的营养不良率高于男生。
另外，由 于很多学生和家长缺乏合理营养知识，学生片面追求摄
入高脂肪、高蛋白食物，加上运动不足，我国青少 年肥胖症发生率逐
年升高，有的地方高达15.3%。而青少年不良的饮食习惯和生活方式，
为 成年后罹患心脑血管病、高血压、糖尿病，肝胆疾病等慢性病埋下
了“定时”炸弹。
五、肥胖与节食的关系：
肥胖其实是一种营养不良的表现，是由于营养过剩而造成。其次肥胖对身体的代谢也会产生影响，肥胖儿童血脂明显高与非肥胖儿
童，肥胖程度超高，血脂增加越多 ，这是引起动脉硬化和高血压的危
险因素。
1、控制肥胖关键就是节食，肥胖主要是 由饮食过量而引起的，
所以必须通过节食，主要是限制脂肪，才能使摄入的能量与消耗的能
量逐 渐达到平衡。节食对青少年来讲要慎重，节食的目的是为了健康，
但不适当的减食就会适得其反，给健康 和生长带来不利。
2、节食的同时不可忽视必要的体力活动，因为减轻体重的主要
途 径是减少热量的摄入量和增加热量的消耗量。所以节食的同时加强
锻炼，是减轻体重的有效措施。另外， 单靠节食来减轻体重，身体就
会虚弱，而且能增强体质，真正达到减肥强身，促进生长发育。营养
不良与肥胖的关系肥胖与节食是无关的，合理营养特别是一日三餐的
摄入比例。

会损伤脑、胃、肝等内脏，长期大量饮酒，课文上介绍会有更大的伤
害，是什么？
三、总结：
青少年正处在生长发育的重要阶段，更不能喝酒。
过年或过节，有时大人一高兴，也会让小孩喝酒，其实，这是很
不负责任的。

神药品。”

“长期吸食毒品都会成瘾，对人体产生危害，而且易感染疾病。如果服用过量，则可导致死亡。”
（2）毒品有哪些种类？
常见和最主要的毒品有：鸦片、吗啡、海洛因、冰毒、摇头丸、
可卡因、止咳水、大麻等。
