一、引发呼吸道传染病的原因:
致病病原微生物大多寄生在病人鼻咽部,当病人说话、打喷嚏时,
病菌、病毒会随着唾沫星子
跑到空气里。健康人吸入了空气中的病菌、
病毒,就可能得病。冬春季寒冷,人们在外边活动减少,多集
中在室
内,这更增加了传染机会。实验证明,在空气相对静止的室内,带有
病菌、病毒的飞沫,
大多数要在30-60分钟后才能从空气中消失。人
在屋子里呆的时间长,空气又不新鲜,自然容易感染
呼吸道传染病。
另外,寒冷的空气会使鼻黏膜的血管收缩,降低呼吸道的抵抗力,
这也是容易得病的一个原因。
二、如何有效预防呼吸道传染疾病
1、经常开窗通风,保持室内空气新鲜,这是最有效的方法。
2、咳嗽、打喷嚏时捂住口鼻,
防止污染空气;适当增加户外活
动,减少感染呼吸道传染病的机会。
3、要保持良好的健康状
态,如增强体质、注意营养、保证睡眠、
不吸烟、少饮酒,并注意保暖防止感冒,提高自身的免疫力。
4、要坚持体育锻炼和耐寒锻炼。
5、勤洗手,少到公共场所人群集中的娱乐场所等地活动如电影
院等地方。
6、每天服用大剂量维生素C,增强人体免疫力,不失为预防呼
吸道传染病的好办法。
7、冬天气候干燥,人体极易缺水,常喝白开水,不但能保证人
体的需要,还可起到利尿排毒、消除体
内废物的功效。
8、多吃“红色食品” 红色食品是指食品为红色、橙红色或棕红
色的食品,
如红辣椒、胡萝卜、南瓜、红苹果、红枣、柿子等,这些
食品的一个共同特点是含有丰富的β-胡萝卜素
,可防治感冒。
9、鸡汤这被称作是天然的青霉素。
10、大蒜这种带有蒜味的小球,含有
一种叫做蒜缄的元素,可以

近视是学生中常见的眼病。根据多年来学生视力检查情况表明,
患近视的
学生逐年增多,尤其是市区中学生,患近视的巳达50%以上,
对升学、就业和国防建设都产生不良影响
。
一、近视是怎样发生的呢?引起学生近视的原因可以归纳为三个
方面:
1、遗传因素:目前认为中度以上特别是高度近视与遗传有关。
因此父母或家庭中患有近视的学生应作为
预防近视的对象。
2、外界因素:学生的近视主要是外界环境因素造成的,长时间
持
续的工作,学习负担过重,学校、家庭学习环境,条件不良都 可
促使近视的发生。学习环境中如光线较
暗、采光照明条件不良,課桌
椅不适合学生身材,书本、讲义字体过小,印刷不清都会造成眼调节
紧张。
3、其它:长期不良读书写字习惯,眼与书本距离过近、连续长
时间的看书
,走路或乘车看书也都是促使学生近视发生和发展的主要
因素,此外,生长发育不良,体质虚弱,营养和
健康欠佳对近视发展
也有一定影响。
二、近视眼预防的措施:
1、合理安

的休息、睡眠和课外活动时间,防止用眼疲劳。 <

一、什么是贫血
贫血是指单位体积血液中红细胞或血红蛋白低于正常。贫血不仅

小儿的生长发育,而且是一些感染性疾病的诱因。表现为皮肤,
粘膜苍白,尤其以口腔粘膜、结膜、甲床
(指甲处)等处最明显。长
期贫血可以出现疲倦无力,生长发育迟缓,营养低下,毛发干枯等。
然而,贫血只是一个症状,它可由以下原因引起:
红细胞生成减少:包括缺乏造血物质及造血功能不良
两种情况。
前者如缺铁性贫血、营养性巨幼红细胞性贫血等,常因饮食中缺乏生
成红细胞必需的
原料如铁、维生素B12、叶酸或蛋白质,亦可因慢性
感染性疾病致吸收不良,或者是有些小儿因生长过
快需要量增加所
致。造血功能不良常见的有再生障碍性贫血,如果正常的造血组织被
淋巴细胞、
白血病细胞等异常物质占据,亦可使造血功能低下,引起
贫血。
溶血性贫血:溶血可因红细胞
内在原因及外在原因两方面所致。
前者如红细胞膜缺陷所致的蚕豆病,血红蛋白异常所致的地中海贫84
血;后者如新生儿ABO溶血病,以及感染、灼伤、中毒,亦可破
坏红
细胞致溶血。
失血:又分急性失血和慢性失血两种。前者如出血性疾病、血友
病
、特发性血小板减少性紫癜等,或外伤出血如脾破裂等。慢性失血
常见于消化道溃疡、肛裂、钩虫病等,
每次失血量虽不多,但日积月
累,总量不少,亦可致贫血。临床观察表明,许多贫血患者,血红蛋
白低下是由于身体内某一造血原料不足引起的。只要根据不同类型的
贫血,补充相应的造血原料,贫血
就能纠正。而补充原料,大部分患
者只要注意饮食就能办到。
二、如何治疗治疗:
1、缺铁性贫血.需补充含铁丰富的食物。这类食物有:猪肝、牛
肝、鸡鸭肝、猪腰、猪肚、牛腰、牛肺
、牛肉汁、蛋黄粉、银鱼干、
黄鱼干、鱿鱼、海蛰、虾米与虾仁等荤菜;菠菜、油菜、荠菜、金针
菜、韭菜、芹菜、豆腐皮、豆腐干,以及桃、橘、枣等。以上食物以
猪肝、牛肝、鸡鸭肝最佳。
2、叶酸和维生素B12缺乏性贫血,应补充动物肝及肾、瘦肉、
绿叶蔬菜等。
3、
蛋白质供应不足引起的贫血,应补充瘦肉、鸡、鸭、牛羊肉,
以及豆类制品。需要说明的是,贫血患者的
胃肠功能一般处于低下状
态,补充食物时应逐渐增加,以免加重胃肠道负担,引起消化吸收不

教学重点:树立自信心的意义、方法和途径
教学内容:
一个人如果没有强
烈的自信心,就没有内在的动力和坚韧的毅
力,就不能战胜困难攀上理想的高峰。
一、什么是自信心和自卑感:
1、自信心及其表现:正确认识自己,正确评价自己,经常提醒
自己。
2、自卑感及其表现:自我贬抑,冷漠孤独,未老先衰,身体虚
弱,行为不良,其它表现。
二、树立自信心的意义、方法和途径:
1、树立自信心的意义:自信心是战胜失败的思想基础
,是强大
的精神支柱,是一种神奇而巨大的力量。
2、树立自信心的方法:绝不轻易放弃,每
一个问题都蕴含着解
决的种子,你认为你行,你就行,相信自己具有无限的潜能,向前看
才是出
路,勇敢地面对现实,才能更有力量。
三、树立自信心的途径:
1、课上积极发言,课下真心交谈。
2、挺胸抬头见人,学会自我“推销”。
3、发展业余爱好,注重自信养成。
4、胜不骄傲,败不气馁,持之以恒,适时调整。
四、自卑感形成的原因及矫正方法:
1、自卑感形成的主要原因:自己本身的因素,周围环境的因素。
2、超越自卑和矫正自卑感
的方法:学会豁达开朗,走出封闭潘
篱,消除不良诱因,补偿法的采用,不忘自我振奋,加强意志锻炼。
五、小结
自信心是成人成才的重要因素,青少年要树立自信心、克服自卑
感。自
信心就是自己相信自己,对自己充满信心。

第十五课 预防烧伤和烫伤
教学目的:1、让学生了解和开水、火打交道不小心就有被烫伤
或烧伤。
2、让学生知道烧伤或烫伤的几个主要原因。
教学重点:让学生知道烧伤或烫伤的几个主要原因。
教学内容:
教具(课前准备):
教师:收集的有关烧伤和烫伤的资料。
学生:回忆自己或周围人烧伤或烫伤的事例。
一、导入
我们在自然课里学过,开水的温度是多少?
火的温度要比开水的温度高好几倍,和它们接触肯定有危险。那
我们能不能不和它们打交道呢?
如果非打交道不可的话,又该注意些什么呢?
二、学习新课
1、讲故事(介绍有关被烧伤或烫伤的材料)。
谈谈你有什么想法?
2、小结:我
们虽然没有像材料里讲的那样被严重地烧伤或烫伤,
但如果不注意,也有可能发生类似的事情。、
请大家谈谈,你有没有被烧伤或烫伤的经历?
发生这种事后,给你带来什么痛苦和不便?
3、烧伤也好,烫伤也好,不论严重不严重,都会造成损失和不
便,所以要积极预防。
4、分组全班交流。
5、师小结:找到了原因,请大家回去碰到实际情况时,注意尽

可能地避免。
在家参加一定的家务劳动是好的,但一定要实事求是,要注意力
所能及。
不能太勉强。尤其是倒开水或热水时,最好是放在水池里慢慢地
倒,避免溅到身上。
当揭锅盖时,应该注意朝着手臂相反的方向,同时脸和身体要尽
量离锅远一些。
端烫的稀饭或汤时,一定要用厚布隔着。
凡是在或上烧的东西,都不要轻易去摸,否则很不安全。

。轻的皮肤表皮发红发热,火辣辣地痛,皮肤有点肿。重的会起水
泡,疼痛厉害;严重的会发生皮肤组织

2、烧伤:一般指人体接触了温度超过100度的热源而引起的皮
肤或皮下组织的坏死。

一、导入

这节课我们就专门来讨论一下这个课题。
二、学习新课
1、思考问题:
(1)吸烟对人体有害吗?
(2)吸烟主要危害人体的哪些器官?
(3)长期吸烟,这种危害会发展到什么程度?
(4)在你的观察中,吸烟的人有些什么表现?
2、学生交流讨论。
3、香烟中有害成分是尼古丁,它的毒害程度是什么呢?
(介绍关于尼古丁的材料)
吸烟的人无疑会受到尼古丁的伤害,那么对周围被动吸烟的人有
没有伤害呢?
世界定了一个“无烟日”,它的意义是什么?在哪一天?
4、小结:酒是用粮酿制而成的,成
年人少量地饮用是有好处的,
所以,医学上还用它制成药酒治病强身。但是,如果大量地喝酒,就
会损伤脑、胃、肝等内脏,长期大量饮酒,课文上介绍会有更大的伤
害,是什么?
三、总结:
青少年正处在生长发育的重要阶段,更不能喝酒。
过年或过节,有时大人一高兴,也会让小孩喝酒,其实,这是很
不负责任的。
中学生
自己也要自觉地抵制,千万不要认为这是好玩而无所谓。
大家一定要记住,烟酒有害健康。

教学目的:

神药品。”
“长期吸食毒品都会成瘾,对人体产生危害,而且易感染疾病。如果服用过量,则可导致死亡。”
(2)毒品有哪些种类?
常见和最主要的毒品有:鸦片、吗啡、海洛因、冰毒、摇头丸、
可卡因、止咳水、大麻等。

毒品破坏人体健康
(1)毒品破坏人的消化功能、神经系统、呼吸及循环系统。
(2)毒品使人免疫力降低,使人易感染传染性疾病和爱滋病。
(3)毒品使人的体能下降,导致学习、工作、生产等能力的丧
失。
(4)吸毒导致一个人堕落、甚至走向违法犯罪的道路。
毒品毁灭家庭
(1)毒品使家庭倾家荡产。
(2)毒品造成家破人亡。
(3)吸毒者给家人带来无尽的折磨。
吸毒不仅自己,而且还危害社会,成为了全世界的公害
所以,毒品是人类的坟墓。
四、分组或集体讨论,交流体会。
1、同学们通过学习了解了有关毒品的知识以及危害性,请谈谈
自己的感受。
2、让学生自由发表感受,鼓励学生畅所欲言。
五、预防毒品有哪些措施?
