一、教学目标
1、能掌握left和right的用法，理解单词sailor, soldier,
traffic police
的含义；
2、能运用已学的词汇询问他人职业；
3、能掌握名词复数的基本变化规律。
二、教学重点及难点
重点：运用句型询问他人职业；对指令left和right做出快速回应。
难点：名词复数的规则变化。
三、教学步骤
Step 1
Warming up
1、师生问候。
2、有节奏地说唱《学生用书》第二册第四单元的韵律诗。边唱边做动作。

Step 2 Presentation and drill
游戏——Dragon game （接龙游戏）
分组进行比赛。从1数到10，看哪组数得最顺畅。
S1：One.
S2:

S4: One
two, three, four.
……
在数字后加上名词（如flower,
nose, finger, leg, head, toe, hand等）继
续游戏。
S1：One flower nose finger leg head hand ……
S2: Three flowers noses fingers legs heads

1、选出说得最快最准的一组上讲台。出示单词卡片a teacher。
S1: One teacher.
S2: Two teachers.
S3: Three teachers.
S4: Four teachers.
S5: Five teachers.
接着出示单词卡片a cook, a
farmer, a doctor, a soldier等。让学生反
复练说。
2、出示帽子头饰。
T：Look, What am I now?
Ss: You are a sailor.
换上士兵的帽子，引导学生说出soldier。
出示有很多sailor和soldier的图片。
T: What are they?
Ss: They are sailors.
T: What are
they?
Ss: They are soldiers.
帮助学生回答。板书单词并带读。
游戏——Quick response（快速反应）
选择6名学生上讲台，戴上帽子头饰，分成Soldiers和Sailors两组，站成
直线。然后根
据老师的命令，快速作出反应。看哪组反应得又快又准。多选
择几组进行游戏。
T:

1、听课文A部分录音。

游戏——A little actor （小演员）
让3位“小演员”戴上头饰，在教室外
准备好。等老师与教室里的学生打完
招呼，便喊着口令走起来。

2、能掌握名词复数形式的不规则变化；
3、能听指令，做动作。

重点：分辨左右，听懂指令。
难点：名词复数形式的不规则变化。

出示单词卡片policemen，板书单词，讲解该名词复数的不规则变化规
律，引导
学生找出更多类似的变化（如woman, policewoman, fireman,
postman等）。带
读。
T（对表演者说）: Are you policemen?
（耳语: You’re traffic police. 交警。）

鼓励学生用“Are
you…?”提问。

以课文C部分为游戏内容，分角色表演。可以用其他物品代替硬币。
2、听课文D部分小故事。教师解释单词teach, dance,
learn，帮助学生理解
故事大意。然后把故事中的情景表演出来。

1、创设情景，自由会话。
情景：20年后，同学们回到母校。聚会中，大家一起交流工作和生活的情况。

1、能掌握字母组合ch在单词中的发音，能理解新单词；
2、会读由含有字母组合ch的单词组成的句子；
3、能掌握单词left和right的书写句子；
4、能表演唱课文F部分童谣，感受学习英语的乐趣。
二、教学重点及难点
重点：字母组合ch在单词中的发音；童谣。
难点：理解新单词，朗读句子。
三、教学准备
四线三格小黑板、单词卡片、教学磁带等。

friends （找朋友）
将上一单元含有字母组合br与本单元含有字母组合ch的单词卡片打乱
顺序，反
面朝上拿在手中让学生抽取。抽到含有相同字母组合单词卡片的为“好朋友”。
双脚说
“好朋友”名字（即读出该单词）可获得奖励。
1、听课文E部分字母组合、单词和句子，理解句子大意。
2、示范单词left和righ
t的书写，让学生们边读单词边书空。然后让学生按照
范例练习书写，评出“小小书法家”。

叫一位学生到台前。
