Most of the students have confidence in learning English .They
have a certain sense of language and pronunciation, intonation,
basic writing. They have the initial ability in daily
communication. Their learning interests of the Ss has fallen. The
polarization is more serious.

本册教材具有承上启下的关键作用。
一是“阅读理 解”的难度加大,重点作用更为突出,
是学生英语学习由词句到篇章转型的关键过程,意义重
大 。
二是学习过程的递进层次更为明晰,增加了“听力引
导”和“阅读理解”的课后习题,一方 面加强了听和说的
效能,另一方面完善了学生学习过程的指导。
三是对三四年级的学习内容进行了整合运用。Let’s
talk部分依旧是一个浓缩了的 情景会话,目标句型突出。
为给学生提供灵活运用语言的机会,这一部分提供了可供
替换的内容 。 Read and write部分的教学目标是:读
懂对话或短文;完成检测学生理解程度 的填充句子练习;
听、说、读、写四会掌握两组句子;完成一项综合运用所
学语言的任务型语言 活动。
U1 My day本单元学习的主题是日常学习生活


< br>以及周末活动安排。主情景图通过张鹏和来自西班牙
的新朋友Pedro讨论他在西班牙的学习生 活,Amy和Sarah
以及Zoom和Zip分别讨论各自周末活动的情景呈现本单
元要学习 的核心句型。本单元是在四年级下Unit 2 What
time is it?五年级上期第二单元 My Week学习时间和日
常活动安排的基础上来学习周末活动安排。本 单元的学习
为六年级上期U3 My weekend plan 打下基础。语音方面
学习cl和pl的发音规则,这是新知识。
U2 My favourite season主情景图中展示的是学生们
边画画儿边讨论最喜欢的季节,自由讨论 图片中Amy和
John等喜爱的季节,并简单描述四个季节的不同特点,使
学生了同时教师注 意引导学生关注全球气候的差解季节
特性,不同季节能参与的不同活动,异,激发他们对自然
的 关注与热爱。本单元学习的主题是描述最喜欢的季节并
陈述原因。主情景图通过在美术教室,Amy,J ohn,Zoom和
Zip的对话场景呈现了本单元要学习的部分核心词汇和句
型。本单元在内 容上和四年级下册第四单元有相似之处,
描述天气情况的形容词,如: cool,cold,rainy,windy,
snowy,sunny等单词皆已学过,因此教师 在教学过程中可
以以旧带新,降低学习难度,又做到滚动复习语言知识。
语音方面学习br和g r的发音规则,这是新知识。
U3 My school calendar 本单元学习的主题是校历。
通过吴一凡和Oliver对植树节和端午节的讨论



以及陈杰和Sarah对校历讨论的场景,展示了不同节
日所在的月 份。主情景图通过展示live和吴一凡,陈杰
和Sarah之间对校历内容讨论的对话,引出本单元要 学习
的部分核心词汇和句型,也从不同的节日中体现出东西方
的节日文化。本单元与五年级上期 U2 My week 讲星期的
内容有所联系,可以综合运用。语音方面学习ch和sh的
发音规则,这是新知识。
U4 When is the Easter.本单元学习的主题是中西方
节日及个人的生日 。主情景图通过学生们在教室中谈论母
亲节、中秋节和生日的情景,呈现出本单元要学习的核心
词汇和句型,及其语用环境,拉开了本单元学习的序幕。
学生通过看图,了解单元主题及相关文化知识, 了解核心
词汇与句型,及其语用环境,为学习单元A、B部分的各个
板块做好准备。这与前一个 单元紧密相连。语音方面学习
th的发音规则,这是新知识。
U5 Whose dog is it?本单元学习的主题是寻找动物
的主人。主情景图通过展示 Miss White班级的学 生在
自然公园游玩时询问图画、小动物和蔬菜的主人的情景呈
现本单元要学习的核心词汇和句型 及其语用情景。学生可
以通过看图,了解单元话题及相关文化知识,了解核心词
汇与句型出现的 语用环境,为学习单元A,B部分的各个
板块做好准备。本单元是在三年级上U4 We love animals
学习动物和四年级下U5 Clothes 学习所有格的基础上来
学习本单元的。为今后初中系统学习名词所有格打下基



U6 Work quietly 本单元学习的主题是询向并回答
某人是否正在做某事,以及谈论在一些公共场所的行为规
范。主情景图中通过孩子们分别在教室上课和在 餐厅排队
的情景,呈现出本单元要学习的核心词汇和句型,及其语
用环境,拉开了本单元学习的 序幕。
通过参观动物园时的问答,呈现并帮助学生初步理解
动词的现在进时态,: The birds are flying。
It is running very fast。本部分学习的核心句
型: What are they doing? They are

eatingLunch. What' s the little
monkey doing? it's playing with its mother! 本单元是在之前几学期学习动词短语的基础上来学
习现在进行时的。为今后系统学习现在进行时打下 基础。
语音方面学习wh的发音。这是新知识。几个单元的语音
知识为今后系统学习语音打下基 础。
