辅导差总结
本学期学校大力开展了差生的帮扶 活动，为此我针对我学科学习上两

些和学习无关的事情，在他们眼中好像老师们并不在乎他 们在做什么
事情。
针对这些情况我对学困生的管理是很严格的，我深入学生了解差生的
实际情况，及时主动地发现他们学习上存在的不足，然后及时分析和
处理；学生的学习常规反复抓、抓 反复，把他们培养成有良好纪律和
学风的人，高标准的严格要求，不断地总结改进。本学期进行了一次< br>期中考试，四次单元测试。虽然每次考试总结分析、学困生的辅导与

能保证了帮扶的质量。
在课堂中关注差生。在每一节课 里面及时关注这些学困生的学习状

另外，我还充分发挥好错题记载簿的作用，注意收集学生中的错例，

记载簿上，在上课当中逐渐渗透有关学生的错例，效果明显。
除此之外，我还及时跟踪调查，分析错误原因，及时辅导。对这些学
困生进行每天一算，每周一查，每月 一测及时掌握学困生的计算掌握
情况，分析原因，找出相对应的措施及时辅导。争取做到天天请、周周清、月月清。以便切实的提高他们的学习成绩。
经过这一个学期的帮扶，两名同学的学习成绩有 了一定的提高，虽然
不是很多，但是他们逃课等象现已经没有，学习的态度也有了很大的
