一、 教学内容分析
这节课的学习内容是Unit 15 Let’s Go
Further里面的Story Time,是一节语言训练课。
主要是学习谈论对食品、饮料和颜色
的喜好。饮食话题是学生们最感兴趣的话题之一,它与
人们的日常生活息息相关,各国间文化和饮食习惯
上的差异会引起学生们极大的兴趣和求知
欲。本单元主要介绍与饮食习惯有关的话题,通过本单元的学习
,学生掌握了一些有关食物
的词汇,结合四年级已学的相关的词汇,进行对食物、饮品喜好的交流与谈论
。通过猜故事、
编故事,培养学生的思维能力和想象能力。
二、 教学对象分析
本课是异地教学,教学对象是某省一级学校的五年级学生。他们活泼好动,好奇心重,
求知欲强
,喜欢各种形式的课堂活动,善于合作,乐于表演。在英语学习上已经掌握了一定
的方法,并具备了一定
的听、说、读、写的语言知识和语言技能。这一阶段的学生,思维能
力强、分析能力和理解能力在不断提
高。
三、 教学目标
(一) 语言知识目标
1.
能理解并正确读出本课的新单词:surprise, prefer, balloon。
2.
能运用句型“What fooddrinkscolour does she
prefer?”询问别人对食品、
饮品与颜色的喜好,并作回答。

能理解并流利朗读故事,在keywords的帮助下表演故事。

四、 教学策略
围绕我校“课堂教学生活化”的科研课题,在教学中力求做到以小学
生的生活经验和兴趣
为出发点。利用活页Big Book,创设语言环境,通过猜故事演故事等环节,
让学生更好地理
解故事,激发学生的学习兴趣。本课以surprise party,
surprise present和surprise
ending
贯穿始终。在理解故事的基础上给故事结尾添加surprise ending,拓展了
学生的想象力和口
语表达能力。加入一篇有关本课主题的课外阅读,旨在培养学生英语的阅读能力,让学
生了
解更多中西方文化习俗的差别。

一) Warming up

Play a game: “What Food do You Like?”
一个学生一手拿着锤子一手拿着食物,当全班提问:What food do you like?
他回答:I

…如果他说的和手上拿的食物不一致时,其他人就必须尽快戴上帽子,否则就会被他手
上的锤子打到。
2. 呈现图片,介绍故事角色Lanlan,

由此引出新单词:surprise,在用图和动作解释单词的意思。
