两者都是不及物动词或短语,不能用于被动语态.

常指具体事件的发生,特别指那些偶然的或未能预见的发
生.
take place
通常指某事按计划进行或发生.如:
（1）这辆汽车昨天下午发生了一起事故.(注意:不能以this bus作
