Cultural background
AlphaGo:
an
artificial
intelligent
computer
program
that
plays
the
board
game Go. It was developed by a team led by Demis Hassabis, Alphabet Inc.’s
Google DeepMind in London. In March 2016, it beat Lee Sedol, which was
the first time that a computer Go program had beaten a 9-dan professional. At
