nowadays, with the development of education, increasing the

facing unemployment problem, as college students, we should
have its own future career planning. for me, im calm, patience
and hard work. i like reading and writing, and im majoring in

i am a school newspaper, a journalist, so i had interviews, and
editing experience. i hope that the future will be an edit. in this
dream, i will study the first two years at the university, how to
interview and writing and contribution. after two years at the
university, i would get in practice, accumulate work experience,

职技巧，对面试是 缺乏心理准备。而且一些大学生择业观不正确，
期望值过高。最重要的是，他们缺乏社会经验。
其次，在学校方面，一些大学的课程设置不合理，无法适应社会对
人才的需求；同时 ，毕业生的就业指导以及服务工作也需要完善。
再者，在社会方面，社会就业信息 体制不完善，一些企业或事业单
位的考试存在不公平现象，就业歧视，比如性别歧视、户口歧视依
然存在。
面对就业难题，身为大学生的我们应有自己的未来职业规划。对我来说，我文静、耐心并且刻苦。我喜欢读书与写作，而且我主修汉
语言文学，因此我有丰富的专业知 识。我是校报的一名记者，因此
我有着采访以及编辑经验。我希望未来能做一名编辑。为了这个梦
想，在大学的前两年我会努力学习，多去采访与写作，积极投稿。
大学后两年，我会去参加出版社的实 习，积累工作经验，多向前辈
请教。
