一般现在时与现在进行时的区别
一般现在时
表示经常性或习惯性的动作或存在的状态，或表示说话者的能力，或普遍真理。
【用法】
1)
经常性、习惯性的动作或存在的状态。
I go to school on foot on weekdays.
/ He is very busy every day.
2)
表示主语的特征、性格、能力、爱好等。
He can swim.
/ I work hard.
/ She likes watching TV
.
3)
表示客观真理
There are seven days in a week.
