一、本课程的性质与任务
《人力资源管理专业英语》是人力资源管理专业学生提高专业英语知识的一门专业
课。
本课程是 专门用英语教学中的一种,
旨在提高行政管理专业学生的涉外业务英语交际能
力,
向学 生提供其未来工作岗位所需的有关行政管理专业领域内的专业英语知识和技能,
培
养学生专业英 语阅读、

写作和口头交际的各种能力。
本课程设置的目的是为了使学生
